To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to complaint # [redacted] I am writing to show that the statement provided by [redacted] is a provably statementFIRST? - The statement is purposefully false, as I can verify.? ? His first? statement to us? on 4/3/ is as follows: "Josh, ? Please pause the research phaseI need to put it on hold for nowPlease refund the money at your earliest convenience ? Thank you ? -- Regards, ? [redacted] ” ? On the same day he left a voicemail which I still have which states (and? which I can provide): ? “I want to put it on hold for now as I think I want to put more into hiring salespeople." ? I replied that? if he no longer wanted to do web marketing that he purchased, I could offer him? credit for? the remainder to apply to? any other web services ? For history: We have been working together since January 2016, including building his new site, help with various digital services and ads, building new features into the site at his request, helping with infusionsoft, and moreIn fact, he said he? kept requesting our help with a digital marketing/SEO plan because he? “trusted us” with all our work we’ve done together ? He responded again in email as follows: "I understandHowever, at this time I need to move on with hiringPlease refund the amount.” ? After we replied that he purchased and committed to the product which we were already in the process of, and we could credit the remainder for our other services such as he’s used over the last months ? After which he didn’t reply and submitted a report on Revdex.com.? ? In fact, we were successfully helping him with other digital needs and problems during this process, which were of his own cause ? We were very accommodating to him changing his mind after we were well into the process? - because he wanted to? pursue hiring salespeople instead ? His statement to Revdex.com is, however, ? ------ ? FURTHER - even if his statement wasn't inherently false: We were fully transparent with our process, extensively discussing exactly how it works and what to expect, which is both documented and recorded ? The actual invoice he viewed and paid online clearly outlining the process starting with a deep dive into research and strategy before we can give the exact plan “Envision Roadmap” he paid for - in fact it states this is the process of creating a researched backed Roadmap and uncovers the opportunities we’ll be able to focus on: [redacted] ? (we also have viewing history from him times, three of which were before he paid - viewed on? 03/24/at 6:04pm,? 03/25/at 5:20pm, and? 03/27/at 12:31pm) ? It also outlines exactly the kinds of things likely to be done as part of the ongoing work in the resulting roadmap and planThis process is the same as how? any legitimate SEO/digital marketing agency works, and the process that was thoroughly explained both by phone/emails and in the invoice ? We have had? lengthy calls with him going over the process and when the final plan is delivered, as well as emails I can show you, which continues to expand on the same process and detailsSignificant emails are on 7/9/2016, 11/29/2016, and? 12/19/2016, further expanding on the research and roadmapping process.? ? Each of those proposals and explanations of our process were at his request and we never followed up beyond what he requested from us ? He chose to commit? and pay for the service on? 03/27/ ? We discussed in a lengthy call before payment was ever made about what we’ll do and when the final? detailed plans will be delivered both in the resulting Envision Roadmap as well as monthly action plans and analytics reports based on the goals ? We have video recording of our first discovery meeting as part of our research and strategy process -? where he acknowledges: - everything being seen and outlined in the invoice? - and our restating with him (with his acknowledgement that we went over this before) the research and strategy? process AND the resulting roadmap and detailed plan, as well as monthly plans and reportsTo which he acknowledges understanding again ? Again I can provide any of the references mentioned? including the recordings and emails as proof that he is not being at all truthful However, we have been upstanding and delivering on our work at all timesHe wants cash back for other reasons, and we have given a fully reasonable offer and have been forthright in continuing to honor and deliver our work and what was paid for Thanks for your consideration-Josh P [redacted] ?
