Resistor Park

Products were ordered for my students through the Resistor Park website on January 28, 2020 for $107.82. Website claims product is in stock and will ship within 24 hours (see https://www.resistorpark.com/arduino-uno-r3-compatible-development-board/). My order has remained unfilled since placing it (see attachment below). I've emailed the company twice and have called and left messages with the company three times over the past several weeks. Zero replies. When looking up the address in Garfield Heights, Ohio, the business is apparently run out of a personal residence. While on Google maps, it is apparent several others have been scammed as well ( see ***. It is becoming clear thus company is committing fraud and I probably lost my money, as did many others. This fraud company should be shut down.
