My wife and I had a reputationdefender account under it's legacy company which protected two names for $9.95/month eachWhen the new platform took over, my account was separated, but we could never access and we were still charged for itEventually we ensured the account didn't exist, but we continued to be billed for several monthsEven disputing with our credit card company has not worked to dateAdditionally, my wife is now trying to cancel her account and there is not an option to do so on the website
