I ordered $45,worth of replacement windows and patio doors on May 20,from Renewal by Anderson Home Resort Living of Arizona is the contract company which sells and installs Renewal by Anderson Windows Installation was completed October 20, At the time there were several issues with defective glass, scratched and damaged frames and missing screens In good faith I paid this company believing these issues would be taken care of in a timely manner It is now months since installation and I have still not received one of the missing window screens Product_Or_Service: Renewal by Anderson windows and patio doors
Windows were the best construction we found when comparing them to other replacement windows in our areaLove the fibrex construction as it should outlast the window seals themselvesWindows and frames are easy to cleanWe have noticed a huge difference in noise and temperature fluctuations alreadyThe installers [redacted] & [redacted] worked hard to get the windows and the patio door in two days and we appreciated itInstallers were amazing and we are having them come back next month to put two more patio doors
