I purchased a laser hair removal package directly from Rejuv Medspa at a Groupon price of $on May 12th, The package was for treatment sessions, with my first treatment being May 19thSince then I have only had one other treatment on September 7thBoth times the procedure equipment broke shortly before my next scheduled treatment, and was not repaired within the recommended 6-week timeframe between treatments, thus rendering the procedure ineffectiveThe second time the machine broke, I was not even contacted for an appointment once it was repairedI find this service highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional and do not wish to continue treatment at this facilityI have respectfully brought up these facts and asked for a refund from the owner in order to pursue laser hair removal at a different facilityThe owner has insisted that refunds are not company policy, despite having nothing of this nature in her contract, and is refusing to acknowledge my concerns about her

Dear ***,Thank you for contacting me regarding the complaint filed February 20, against Rejuv Medspa.Below is my response to the client's statement. The client did purchase the package stated at a Groupon price of $directly from meThe Groupon package price was scheduled to expire and
was willing to allow the client special consideration, purchasing directly from meThe spa pricing for this service, treatments, is $3,normally.The client's package was for laser hair removal services at the cost stated aboveThe client's first appointment was scheduled May 12, 2016, and rescheduled by the client to May 19, 2016,The client was satisfied with her treatment and said she would get back to me about her next appointmentThe minimum time between services is weeksThe client scheduled the next treatment in August and needed to reschedule to September 7, for my equipment to be servicedThe client left satisfied with the service September and would schedule the next appointment after looking at her schedule,I did not receive any contact from the client until February It was at this time the client requested a refundAfter probing the client to alleviate concerns, she pressed to receive a refund siting the equipment outage for the second appointment re-schedulean unclear why the client is requesting a refund months after her second treatment. In the consent form signed by the client, equipment outage is cited as a need to reschedule an appointment:"Occasionally, unforeseen mechanical problems may occur and your appointinent will need to be rescheduled....”was more than willing to resume treatments for the client and explained that we do not provide refunds for the service after the package has been initiated. At no time did the client indicate any level of dissatisfaction with her two prior services. At this time, I am willing to reschedule the remaining treatments in her package.appreciate your time and consideration in this matter.Sincerely,Niki Q***Rejuv Medspa
