Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
In response to this complaint, we would like to state that we do take our customer concerns very seriously and stand behind our workMr***’s statement is true in some of the issues that came up, however details of the issues are debatableOur Project Manager has been in continuous contact
with Mr*** throughout these issues and the attempts to resolve themDuring the busiest part of the season we did have and large backorder of projects and timeliness addressing some of these issues could have been shortenedThat said, the catalyst of this current situation was a text message Mr*** sent, after our Project Manager had spoken to him just the previous day, that threatened us with poor reviews and legal actionOur Project Manager responded immediately to that text stating that we had a repairman heading to his house at that very momentMr*** did not get that text and received the blank text as mentioned in his statementAttached is a screenshot of the textInstead of calling our Project Manager, he reached out to multiple companies and posted this poor reviewOn that very same day, before his review was complete, the leak was fixedA simple returned text or phone call would have stopped this entire ordealThe failed inspection was for three pieces of flashing that were inspectors discretion, not manufactures requirements, and a ladder set to the second story for the inspector who was supposed to call before arriving and did not do soThe material on the lawn was due to Mr*** himself removing the material from the pallet we set it on so our distributor could pick it upThis cost us a heavy trip charge and over $in material that was ruined at that pointThe grass replacement was compensated forMost importantly, since our inception our company has never been accused of theft from any of our job sitesThat said, Mr*** was still compensated for a brand new ladderOn another property, he contractually requested we remove vents from his roof, which we didWe also completed other services for Mr***, a no charge to him, as compensation for the delaysWe had two properties with a total of five trades being addressedWe understood that billing was somewhat complexMr*** was walked through the billing both over the phone and in his own home by his Project Manager as well as the OwnerOur total invoiced project amounts came in under budget, even prior to the compensation of the grass and ladderMr*** simply asked for clarification, which he receivedFor several of the months he ‘badgered’ our company, Mr*** was not asked for payment in fullHe held a predetermined and agreed upon amount until he was satisfied and inspections were completeAfter Mr***’s less than satisfactory review was posted, he and our Project Manager sat down and discussed this entire situation and mutually agreed upon a plan to bring our company and Mr*** back on good termsAll issues have been addressed at this time and we are please to add that Mr*** would recommend Refined Exteriors again
