Revdex.com...In response.. Mr *** trade had damage that lowered the valuation of his trade. It was discovered upon his second visit and prior to the final agreement.Mr *** did not disclose to Wilde on his first or second visit of his past damage to his trade in. In
the spirit of business that certainly would of helpedand fortunately we were able to detect this prior to written agreement.Mr *** decided to move forward and take delivery anyway after the final value of his trade in was agreed upon.We do value Mr *** business now and in the future.Wilde Toyota has closed this matter.Respectfully so.Wilde Toyota
Revdex.com,Wilde Toyota has turned this matter over to our legal department and will move forward from here.Regards, Wild Toyota
Revdex.comIn response:We have thoroughly investigated and discussed Ms ***'s concern with her. Her original lease paperwork will confirm that it is her responsibility for the properresolution of her lease. Any damage and or mileage overage is her responsibility. She had lease payment
left of $for which was agreed as part of the negotiated transactionthat we would cover as part of her deal. Anything beyond that such as the mileage overage penalty and or any damage would be for her to resolve. We have a copy of the checkfor her ramaining payment that has been cashed on file.It is unfortunate that she has a mileage penalty and damage to her lease turn in...However she is responsible not Wilde Toyota for the miles she over used and the damage she incurred.Again those terms and conditions are in in her original lease paperwork for her review.Wilde has offered as a goodwill gesture in the spirit of good customer relations a $amount to help with her damaged lease return.Respectfully this offer will expire March 16th, at 5pm if we don hear back by then. This matter is important however needs to be resolved within this reasonable time frame.Wilde will close this matter internally at that said time as well. Respectfully Wilde Toyota
Revdex.com,

Respectfully,

Revdex.com, In response.. The original estimate for repair was $770. There were additional services added and authorized by the Kress' The additional services added were...right rear spring and both rear shocksand transmission pan gasket was leaking. These additional services were
completed and the additional services bring the bill up $1649.39The *** van is a with 180,miles and it is likely as time and mileage go on that repairs will unfortunately pop up andsome seem to be bad timing at times. Also please note that a above and beyond % discount was used on the entire bill.If the *** family would like to come back and discuss things with our technical team of managers and mechanicswe would certainly make the time to help retrace and evaluate their vehicle needs forward all in the spirit ofgood business as we value theirs. We have closed this matter internally.Respectfully Wilde Toyota

Problem:I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com before against Toyota Wilde due to issues with my financing contract. Once the dealership received the compliant, they called me and told me they will refund $5k, which was the down payment on the new vehicle, to me after the vehicle...
was returned. This never happened because the dealers explained that they needed to "stop" the process so the finance company could go back and "match up information" because I said I had concerns that my application may have been altered without my knowledge after my signature was on it because the finance company reported several incorrect pieces of information to me. A few days later, the dealer called me and told me the finance company would not be continuing with approval of the loan after corrections were updated and to return the car and we would "go from there". I returned the car and the dealer approached me and asked for the keys to get the mileage on the car right away. Once the dealer returned, he informed me that the dealership decided to take the car, keep my trade-in, and keep my $5k down payment I put on the new car. I ultimately was forced to leave the dealership without either cars and out of $5k. The dealer proceeded to tell me that because of their mistake with my credit application and them not reporting my updating information to the finance company when I initially asked them to, I was still liable for paying for my trade-in's negative equity; however, the contract became invalid once I was never financed. I asked if I could just simply have my trade-in back. The dealership told me it was too late because they sold my trade-in. The dealership sold my trade-in before I ever was financed. Instead of acknowledging their errors and simply refunding me of my $5k, they told me I need to give them an additional $2.5k to pay for a vehicle that I traded-in and that they have already sold before assuring I was financed with correct and accurate information. This dealership did not bother to work any arrangements out with me following their errors. I have been going through this with the dealership for over a month now and I simply want my $5k down payment back and we can go from there. I sacrificed my school savings as an investment for a reliable vehicle to get me through my last year of university. They took both vehicles from me and refuse to refund me even though they have made several errors.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:I really would like to receive my down payment of $5k back. I no longer have the vehicle I was supposed to be financed for and I no longer have my trade-in that they sold. The contract fell through once I was never financed. I want to receive my $5k down payment back and we can go from there.
