Contacted seller on Craigslist for a Bobcat E45 mini Excavator for $20,000.

Seller redirected me to *** who supposedly acts as a legitimate middle man between sellers and buyers. They have a very convincing looking website with tons of information. We are convinced the seller is part of the scheme.

The website provided a real looking bill of sale, emails from a support contact, direct chat feature, & tracking info on the purchase and thus it seemed very legit. They provided me with the Transaction ID so you can view the progress of your transaction on their static HTML website. Additionally, they have several reviews of Reedsmotors posted on the Internet.

However, once I paid via wire transfer, communication stopped. My excavator never arrived. The original seller won't return my emails. I've called & emailed numerous times and sent several emails to the support contacts on their website. No replies or responses from anyone.

This website is a complete fraud. Their offer of a 7-day inspection and refund guarantee is a lie since you'll never see the purchase.
