Redbox Corporate Headquarters

Very disappointed with Supervisor Reah! I explained that I returned the movies the very next day bc I thought my dvd was a blue/ray and wasn't!!! 15DAYS later I received a charge for $63! I immediately called Redbox with my concerns, I EVEN REQUESTED FOR A TECH to go visit the store that I dropped the redbox movies in! She said I should of received a confirmation email, WHICH IVE NEVER RECEIVED ONE FROM REDBOX from previous rentals!! I want a full refund back and they rejected my request and wanted to refund partial! Why partial?? Why should I have to pay FOR USED DVDS when I can easily go buy a new one for cheaper! Redbox is 2min from me why would I keep a used item! Supervisor even stated that there's no one else to talk to besides her! She's the ONLY management! How is that possible when you have red boxes in MULTIPLE states & cities! I will be sharing my experience with the REST OF MY FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO REDBOX MEMBERS! Because I do not want another person to go thru what I did! And I hope corporate calls me ASAP!!

Taking money out of my account for games that were returned and telling me that I have to settle the balance before they can send me my money back, I should not have to give you MY money to get MY money back
