Agent Annette A[redacted] had listing and wanted to present an offer but she would say I cannot talk now and will get back, but never calls back. Tried calling her for past 15 days, she hangs-up on me. So I decided to complain to manager Mr Bart C[redacted]. He never answers calls and never calls back, always in meeting ... there is NO alternate person responsible in his absence. Agents are bad as well as location manager is equally bad. Never go to Realty connect woodbury NY office.
COMPLAINT: House is not represented correctly, The sellers and agents require conventional loans only. which is not mentioned in the listing, misguiding the buyer.
The buyer's offer was accepted with FHA loan with10% down and after the inspection was performed and found uneven floors in the basement causing safety hazard,
They said that they need conventional loan, as FHA appraisal was strict, due to the basement floors issue.
and the sellers agent wants to give the house to somebody else with conventional loan.
This is completely wrong real estate dealings, The buyer did everything right including paying $500 for inspection and is ready to do conventional too.
Jane Zipplewar and Kathy Youn are the sellers agent.
Seems like Realty connect has this practice on switching buyers after offer is accepted.
My buyer asked for refund of the inspection money. They said NO.

Review: I had a verbal contract with a real estate agent of Realty Connect USA( [redacted],) for the property located at [redacted] in [redacted]. I made and offer on June [redacted] and my agent was told by [redacted] on July [redacted] that my offer was accepted and to order an inspection by an engineer as soon as possible in order for contracts to be signed. An inspection was done on July [redacted] and before the end of the inspection, [redacted] advised me that contracts would be sent out at the beginning of the week to my attorney. Two weeks pass and still no contracts. We were told that the seller was away several times. After about 2 weeks, [redacted] advised my agent that another offer was accepted. She advised him to refund my inspection fee. I have yet to receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive full reimbursement for the inspection fee ($500) as agreed to by [redacted].
Review: After my offer was accepted for the home at [redacted], I had the home inspection done on Wednesday January [redacted] at the request of the sellers agent which I paid $495 for and I then two days later we agreed on terms of what would be fixed and not fixed in the home and that we were ready for contracts to be sent out to my lawyer on Monday January [redacted] . This was a verbal agreement with the sellers agent Paul M[redacted] from Realty Connect USA made on Friday January [redacted]. My lawyer and agent repeatedly tried to contact Paul M[redacted] with no response when contracts hadn't been received on Monday. I found out on Friday January [redacted] that contracts were signed with another buyer. I would like a reimbursement of the $495 dollars I paid for an inspection on the home at [redacted] from Realty Connect USA.Desired Settlement: I would like a reimbursement of the $495 dollars I paid for an inspection on the home at [redacted] from Realty Connect USA.
