I am sorry for the mistake we made and for how long you've had to wait to receive a reimbursement for the water being on.? As a policy, we do collect payment before we do work for any projects that are under $and that has worked for all of my clients, we've handled hundreds of clients this way successfully.? ? The employee who did the work for you and myself performed work for you and for your residence did left the property pruned, swept, weeded, cleaned up debris, fertilized, free of leaves, we did a beautiful job of cleaning the front yards, fertilizing the vegetation, pruning the Silver Lace vines and much much more.? We went outside our contractual obligations and our payment agreement with you, to ensure that the property was taken care of in your absence.? In October, immediately when I became aware that the water had been left on, I met with you on your property and brought you $in cash to pay for the water bill after you handed the bill to me.? You said you wouldn't accept the money, you said you were waiting for the water bill, even though, you handed me a copy of the water bill from the water company right there in my hand.? While I understand wanting to collect the full amount of money, you were given an offer of money, which you would not and in fact have consistently refused to accept no?? That having been said, my offer went from $to $in my emails with the Attorney General's office.I will send you a $payment in the form of a check by May 30th.? ?
