I recently ordered a few palm trees and needed them to arrive before the holidays I called them to make sure that I would receive them in time They assured me and sent me the ACTUAL pictures on the plants I was ordering The palms arrive ahead of schedule and they were EXACTLY what I wantedSometimes companies post pictures of one thing, and you get something totally differentNot Real Palm Trees, the deliver exactly what you order! And what a GREAT customer service!!
I order some plants for the indoor, And some palms for the outside along with ordering some seed's to plantI must say everything arrived in a timely manner, My plants came in nicely package in great conditionI even had a plant die on me about a week later and I was refunded my money right awayI see bad reviews on this company but not everyone experience is the same and because one company shows more then one bad review does not mean there not good there is a reason they are a operating business for yearsI will be more then glad to continue to make all my plant orders from them as i'am a very satisfied costumer!
At least they shipped the tree. Too bad they put little care in the packaging and it was dead on arrival. Their customer service line goes right to voice mail and the email address they give in your order confirmation for support for your order doesn't even exist. I have reached out to this company several various ways but have not heard anything in almost a month.
