the incidentNo, we have not reach an agreementThis incident is truly about
customer serviceIt is true the customer has a choice but when a menu is not
clear, and a customer asks why the price difference between the lunch special
and the regular menu, and what is the difference in the two meals? The
explanation, it is your choice, and there is no difference in the foodWhy
would the lunch special cost more for no difference? Customers do have choices,
and business representatives are supposed to treat customers with good customer
service by showing respect to customers so that they will remain customersIt
was the nasty tone of the replies that the representative gave with the
attitude of not caring about the inquiryIt is the principle, and people
should always show respect for one anotherEven, the response from the
representative to the complaint was not a professional responseI do
have choices, and I am dissatisfied with the representative's behavior and the
how the menu is deceitful in priceI would not make a conscience choice to pay
more for the same mealLunch time specials are supposed to cost less than the
regular items on the menuThere was no special or as advertised a super value
lunch special for the sweet and sour chicken $Super value lunch special
is not a true statement for that item when the regular price is $It is
the principle of the handling of the situation in response to my question and
the fact that the lunch special menu was misleadingThere is no discount but
an increase in the price for the same foodI do not believe that a Taste of
China understands that a business without customers cannot surviveThey do not
respect customers and should be required to take customer sensitivity training
