Ramada North Temple - formerly Quality Inn Airport

When I checked out of this hotel last year I made a reservation for this June 11th till the 17th for 3 rooms they gave me a room rate of $59.00 a night. I called back a month later and talked to the general manager because my friends wanted rooms too he gave me a room block of 15 rooms for 59.00 a night. I called 2 weeks ago to transfer rooms into peoples names and they tell me they will not honor our reservations. I have confirmation numbers for all 15 rooms. Before they told me they would not honor our reservation the General manger tried to raise the rate to 129.00 a night. when I would not agree he then told me they were going to cancel all our reservations. And then I had a conversation with the front desk Manager and she was the one that gave me the 59.00 rate when I first made the reservations when I was checking out, She told me she was going to fix this for me. the next thing I get is an email saying they are not honoring the reservations because they are going to be renovating. At this point it is to late to get rooms for this many people. All the hotels are booked.
