Bed bug infestation Product_Or_Service: King
Do not trust these scam artists! They are pretending to warehouse thousands of products to ship on a phony [redacted] .com store and they do not stock any items! They shop for the item after someone orders it, and has another company ship it to the customer so they could pocket the difference in priceWhen I asked why my item did not ship on day 6, they told me it might ship this week or next week (what?) I asked them to cancel and they acknowledged the cancel in writing, and then they had a company in Florida ship it out hours later! Now they want me to pay a 20% restocking fee and return shipping and an added $return handling fee on top of that!
The above business delivered a broken refrigerator part to meIt was not well package and broken in placesI emailed them and sent them some pictures of the damage on 5/24/ I need return instructions and request a refund from them by emailAfter business they are still looking into the return and won't give me instructions where to send it back or provide shipping label ??? Unbelievable bad customer serviceI need this part, because it is broken in my refrigerator, but I get no where with them either by email, phone is never answered

I have notified the company both through email and called them on the phone and have been unable to rectify the situationI have had to send emails to two different addresses that are not Unlimited Appliance Parts email [redacted] They have told me to send pictures of the damaged part on three occasions and I have done soThe part was ordered on Nov21, and the problem has not been addressed as of today December 21, Thank you for your attention to this matter
I Purchased a replacement refrigerator part from this companyUpon the receipt of the order I was given information advertised by the company that they have a best price guarantee and will give 10% of the purchase price back if you find the same item at a lower priceI shortly after found the same items for a cheaper price and inform the people in the customer service department by phone that I would like my refund of $which is 10% of my purchase priceThey told me that they would not honor their guarantee any longer even though it is clearly advertised in more than one correspondence that I have received from themI have emailed all customer service addresses and have not gotten an answer back and when I called the company they tell me that they cannot help meThis is advertising practices and I believe are fraudulent advertising practices as they are not willing to make good on their guarantee.I would like the difference of the price sent back to my *** account a

I ordered a light bulb from UnlimitedApplianceParts.com and got a computer board I assumed it was just a mistake so I called to inform them and they told me I had to pay for the return shippingThis is ridiculous since I didn't order it and they made the error in sending this item I requested a refund for the light bulb and a prepaid slip to send the computer chip back I've called and emailed but it just goes to a call center and they send it to anotehr dept and send an automated email about return shipping This is the WORST customer service from the company I've ever received The call center person tried her best but has no power to make a refund This company is just looking to scam people out of their money It should be closed immediately as they do not know how to treat their customers AWFUL- NEVER USE THEM!!

How are you. I was away on business for December, 2015 and January, 2016. I got your letter for complaint and talked to the manager. He explained to me what happened. Mr.. [redacted] stayed at budget Inn for 6 weeks . He rented for 1 person room 218 weekly....
There were more than 1 person stayed at the room. Manager informed him he rented for 1 person. So he can only use for 1 person. He was very upset with manager. On his last day he complaint to the night person that his room has bed bug problem. He offer him room 210. He came back to him and said room 210 has bed bug problem. How he know the problem in few minutes He started to ask for money back . He is not the only one many other customer claim the same and ask for refund and want to stay free. That is a big problem in Plainfield hotels. He complaint to Revdex.com and health department and many other places. We take care of the hotel like any other hotel. Police in Plainfield come in regular and work with manager. They sometime advise not to rent to certain person. Everybody who stay at weekly at the end of stay complaint to health department and fire department etc. This is the same complaint. Please feel free to contact me. Review: Got charged for a room we never booked. The booking agent on the phone for Wyndham booked us a room and transferred us to the rewards department so we could redeem our points for a free room. The rewards agent said we couldn't use rewards for that hotel for that day, so she booked us a new room at the Baymont and redeemed our points. She confirmed she cancelled the room at the Ramada. We got charged for it a couple days later.Desired Settlement: Get my money back that I was unfairly charged for.

I have attached the time line I have from when the guest made the reservation until I looked at the reservation. I would love to help the guest out but according to my records with the dates and time I do not have any record of the guest canceling their reservation with us and therefore posted as a No show and charged according to our cancelation policy. If the guest could provide more information I would be more then happy to resolve this. I have Cc the guest also in the hope that this matter can be taken care of. Review: I stayed in Days Inn at Blacksburg, VA on Aug 9-11, 2013. On Aug 11, we found a mouse so that we reported the incident to the maintenance manager. The staffs came over and the mamintenance manager offered us 2 days refund. Unfortunately, it did not happen because we made a reservation through [redacted] so cancellation should be done by [redacted]. I called to the [redacted] but the priceline was temporarily unavailable at the moment. Thus, We got a note about 2 days refund from the staff at the check-out desk, and left. Initially, I was offered the 2 days refund. He is hard to contact. What is worse, the Days Inn reduced an offer to 1 day refund. What annoys me that the general manager, [redacted], is really hard to contact. He does not answer my email.Desired Settlement: I am looking forward to honoring initial commitment. Their policy is to grant refund for those who not to reveal the incident. I am sick of contacting them.
