Myself and others contracted with this business for air taxi services in kotzebue alaskaWe contracted in for services in fall On separate occasions I talked with owner, Shiela, about potential impacts to hunting based on new rules restricting nonresident hunting on federal land enacted in spring (months after we contracted with them)She assured me no hunters would be within miles of any other drop camp and we would have no impact to hunt opportunitiesWhen her husband dropped us at camp he acknowledged another camp miles awayI tried to talk with him but he ignored me and flew offThese other hunters impacted our ability to hunt by jumping in front of us on a stalkMike (owner) also put us in safety situation by suggesting hunting across riverWe followed suggestion and were stranded when river came upThere was zero on-site safety orientationAlso, rental tents had holes in them, stove was unreliable and other rental gear was brokenI called Sheila a month after returning to express concernShe said she would talk to husband and contact me backThis was months agoClearly this company is very unprofessional and does the bare minimum for your moneyThey are not to be trusted and reflect poorly on legitimate air servicesA waste of good moneyI should have researched them before using themDon't make the mistake I made!!
