We serviced the vehicle connected to the complaint on February 18, It is a ***

various repairs we completed, a new starter was installed I have the paperwork from the vendor we purchased the starter from It is possible that the starter was defective; this happens sometimesIf Ms*** would bring the vehicle in, we would be very happy to examine it and review our work, making any and all adjustments necessary to everyone's satisfaction We stand behind our repairs, and sincerely wish to assure you that the new starter was installed as requested by the (evidently) previous owner, Ms*** If I can be of further assistance to you in this matter, please contact me Thank you *** ***

I have attached a copy of the invoice for the new starter we purchased for this vehicle. It was definitely installed on the
[redacted]. Additionally, I can provide a copy of our invoice to Ms. [redacted] for the service repairs on the vehicle, which
was paid by a [redacted] and the name [redacted] is clearly on the credit card slip. In my conversations with Ms. [redacted],
she assured us the repairs were done to her satisfaction before Ms. [redacted] acquired the vehicle, including the starter.
