We purchased a tiny home for my newly widowed year old mother from Heritage Housing When it arrived at the lot, we noticed the flooring was not what she had ordered She ordered vinyl plank flooring and got peel and stick tilesIt was poorly installed, large gaps, with glue all over it Also blue paint was on the white posts and front deck When it was delivered, we found that the front door wasn't square and wouldn't lock, ice maker was missing, kitchen cabinet doors were crooked, hole in bedroom wall, door stop broken, bathroom light incorrectly installed and wouldn't work, shower doors and utility room doors wouldn't close correctly, Special order items like grab bar for shower and curved shower rod instead of shower doors were missing It took a month to get the house ready to move her in, and now we find that the a/c units don't work right We called in a repairman who said they were incorrectly installed and have no Freon She has spent about $3,on repairs, which

Heritage Housing induced us to put up a five hundred ($500.00) deposit in the process of purchasing a mobile home from their lotWe were assured more than once that if the sale did not go through for ANY reason the full deposit would be refunded to my bank accountThey were unable to locate acceptable financing and we requested the deposit to be refundedafter more than a week it was not refundedI personally visited the business and met with the owner/Manager Matt PoseyWe confirmed the refund would be madeI asked for a specific time frame and was told "Two days" from that date it should be in my accountMy bank confirms that there has been no attempt at as refund a month later from the first time we were told the refund would be madeNow they refuse to respond to emails, post on their website and multiple telephone messages
