My business is computer repair and today I received a scheduled appointment (via my website) for a remote support job. I call the number to find out some details since the job is only scheduled 1 hour away, and the person who answers starts trying to get me to purchase software products from them. Really? If this company has to schedule an appointment (meant for MY customers) on my calendar to try and sell me something, there's obviously devious tactics going on.
