Review: Mr. [redacted] build a lovely home for me. He gave me a one year warranty. From the time I took possession of the home until now, 1 .5 years later he has not been back to fix the laundry list of unfinished, incorrectly finished and broken items. I have sent several e-mails, dozens of phone calls and text messages and the answer is always the same. I will be out on Friday. We have set up meetings that he misses. We make arrangements for him to repair something and he does not show up. I think he builds an amazing home but the follow through is non-existent. He was wonderful to work with during the building process, but I would not suggest you hire him for any work.Desired Settlement: I would like him to make the repairs needed.

Review: bought a house from [redacted] and [redacted] of r& b construction upon purchase [redacted] was given a punch list of items to complete upopn closing of the sale of the house which included wiring issues, removal of trees from lot that were cut down after our initial walk through, caulking and etc...etc.. he never met the 1st 2nd nor 3rd deadline . been in the home for a month now and have various issues that need fixing per his 1 year warrant he never calls back or replys to texting had a furnace issue that I called the company air design myself after calling [redacted] so many times only to find out that [redacted] never paid them and the owner says they never put it in 100% or tested it so there is no warranty further more he also told brains agent which we were never told. when I pulled his labor and industries report with his Revdex.com report he was the same issues everywhere NEVER FULFILLS HIS 1 YEAR WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS AND NOW ITS COSTING US MONEY OUT OF OUR POCKETS TO FIX THINGS THAT SHOULD BE COVERED....ALL WE WANT IS THEESE ISSUES RESOLVEDDesired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE [redacted] AND R& B TO FULFILL HIS 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Review: WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT [redacted] WITH R & B CONSTRUCTION IN REGARDS TO A BALANCE DUE. HE HAS NOT CONTACTED US, NOR HAS HE MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO MAKE PAYMENT. THE UNPAID BALANCE IS $7,217.81 FROM A JOB WE PROVIDED EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION FOR BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2014Desired Settlement: WE NEED PAYMENT IN FULL FOR SERVICES RENDERED IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,774.25
