Awesome service and very honest. Another company said my AC compressor was bad and I should just get a new unit. Christian from Qual-Tech came out and did a thorough check and found the real problem, a bad wire. An inexpensive fix instead of purchasing a whole new unit. Thank you. Glad I got a second opinion from Qual-Tech.

On a routine tune up, the tech found that upon compressor start up my unit was drawing an excess of 16 amps and said I needed a start assist installed. I'm assuming his diagnosis was correct, but the remedy extremely pricey - in excess of $253 for the kit and its less than 10 minute installation. I assume that being a woman in her mid seventies probably had a lot to do with it.

We do apologize to our customers and to any warranty customers for any inconvenience, but we did notify the warranty company that we we booked Saturday and out of the office doing installs that were delayed do to illnesses within the company all week. We are a family company with good ratings from...

our customers and the warranty company, to say we are not honest is an incorrect statement and I'm very sorry for there delay in service. That's why the warranty company has several contractors.

Last Friday afternoon my daughter called me to tell me her house was extremely hot. I called Qual Tech and explained my situation. The techs showed up within the hour to check the AC system. They determined she needed a dual cap. They replaced the cap and within minutes the temperature was going down. I greatly appreciate the timely service and friendliness of the techs. Now my grandkids can live in comfort. Also the price was within reason as I feel I was not taken advantage of.

I highly recommend Qual Tech Air Conditioning & Heating. We have used them for the last several years on our home. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Their technicians are very pleasant and very respectful and they are always on time. We always have them do our winter and summer tune ups. On one of their trips they recommended that we install a KVAR, which keeps the electrical surge down when the air conditioner kicks on. The KVAR has saved us quite a lot on our electric bill.

We have used qual-tech three times now due to our home warranty. Every time they have been inside their time lot and if they aren't gonna be on time the give you a call and explain why. Our air guy is super friendly and just awesome! I will use them even without home warranty.

My experience with Qualtech Air Conditioning was excellent. The Dispatch was very friendly and patient as well as knowledgeable and understanding to my air conditioning situation. The dispatch called prior to sending the technician to my home just to notify me which I thought was very considerate. The technician that arrived at my home was friendly and determined as far as fixing my Air problem. After fixing the problem he let me know that the ac was now working well, and gave his card to me to call anytime if needed. I would definitely recommend this prestiges company.

Review: Qual Tech add on their web site says they are open on Saturdays. When I call my warrently company to get service for my air conditioner they put an order in for Qual tech early in the morning. Four hours later I find out why I have not recieved a call from them as I was told I would that they are closed. I went to thier web site and saw it said open Saturdays, this is very irresponsible to lead someone to believe your open and waiting for a call.

I Paid the co-pay of $50. in advance when I called in the moring. I expected a call with in a few hours saying what time they would be out to look at my air conditioner. In Phoenix it is imprtant to trust that air conditioning service people are trust worthy because we have temps up to 120 and it is the start of our heat season. I dont want anything excpet to tell others dont expect a call or trust this agencies hours because they lie.Desired Settlement: Change thier web site ad and apology

This is the second time I had an a/c problem with the exact same symptoms that Qual Tech was called out for and fixed a year ago.This time it took Qual Tech two days to come out and when the tech checked the system and did some adjusting, I was told that the thermostat may have to be replaced but to try it and call them back if it continues to give me problems. Soon after the tech left the a/c unit would make noise when shutting off and continued to run for long periods of time. I called back the same day and it took Qual Tech 3 days till I reached [redacted]. I truly believe he was avoiding my calls. He never answered the phone when he seen my number but then answered 2 minutes later when I hid my caller ID. He told me I was on the schedule for the next day and he would call to let me know when they would arrive. Five minutes before the tech showed up at my door we recieved a call saying that he was on his way. Just another way for them to fustrate me. The tech was here today 7/10/13 to fix the problem which was the thermostat. The noise did not happen while he was here but started again about a half hour after he left and continues to be noisy. The tech mounted the new thermostat on the wall at an angel and I had to ask him to please straight it up. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I owed another service call charge to replace something that he was not sure about on the first visit. All this going back and forth is the EXACT same thing Qual Tech did to me last year. It seems that there is a pattern here where they don't fix the problem completely so they can charge another service charge. Qual Tech will never be called again.

I had a problem with my A/C and my home warranty company was slow in getting me the help I needed.

Finally; the warranty company went out of their vender list and contacted Qual Tech A/C. [redacted], from Qual Tech, called me immediately and had a repairman to the house in less than 30 minutes. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes and the service was second to none.

Great Service, promptness, and professionalism!!!
