I received about phone calls from these people telling me I have been selected to receive this wonderful giftI've been through this process a million times and have learned there is always a catchThen one day a manager called and simply couldn't understand why I didn't want their giftI told him my past experiences and he promised me that all I would want to do after I got my gift was to buy him a bottle of scotch to say thank youThe gift would change my lifeI'm an itA foolI bought into it againI spent dollars on pens and was told I would receive my gift in weeksOf course as expected there was a list of possible gifts the cheapest was a night stay in floridaThat's what me gift was (NO SURPRISE)When I told the lady I didn't want it she argued with meI told her I would never fly (gift doesn't include air fair) to Florida for nightsI kept telling her no to give it to someone elseShe argued and I finally hung up on herThis is a scam and everyone should beware of the scamI will say the pens I received work fine but that's the best partThey are overpriced

Review: I have been trying to contact QSide for over a month. I have called and left voice mails. No response. I have emailed them. No response. I have faxed letters asking them to call me. No response. Their voice mail is now full so you can not even leave a message. Yet, they continue to take money out of my check each week with no hesitation.Desired Settlement: Someone who picks up the phone when you call. How can you be trusting a bank with your money and then you can't reach them for a month??? This is not right.

Review: QSIDE LOAN OFFICER APPROACHED ME ABOUT A REFINANCING LOAN, I TOLD HIM HOW MUCH I NEEDED, BUT I ALSO MENTIONED THE WITH ECONOMY BEING THE WAY IT IS, I DON'T THINK THE VALUE OF MY HOUSE WOULD SUFFICE THE AMOUNT I REQUESTED. THE LOAN OFFICE [redacted] INSISTED THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO WORK AROUND IT. I FAXED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, HE THEN SENT ME A REFINANCING AGREEMENT. HE THEN TOLD ME AN APPRAISER WOULD COME OUT AND MAKE AN APPRAISAL, I JUST NEEDED TO PAY THE NECESSARY FEES TOTALING ABOUT $698. LOW AND BEHOLD I WAS THEN TOLD MY HOME DIDN'T MEET THE APPRAISAL REQUIREMENTS. I FEEL THIS WAS A SHAM, BEING THAT I MENTIONED FROM THE BEGINNING THAT I FELT IT WOULD'NT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY FEES REFUNDED TO ME.

Thank you for informing the credit union of this matter. Until receiving your letter, the credit union was unaware of [redacted]'s dissatisfaction.

Qside FCU is a financial institution that has been serving its members since 1940. Providing superior service to our membership has always remained a priority.

The credit union utilizes a third party, CU Members Mortgage, for our mortgage lending services. [redacted] is the Loan Officer Supervisor for CU Members. I have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint with [redacted] and can offer you the following details:

a) Neither the credit union nor CU Members Mortgage canvasses Qside's membership to solicit mortgage services, refinancing services, .etc. If a member applies for credit, the application is made of his own volition.

b) When completing his application online, [redacted] provided information about himself and the property he was looking to refinance, including an estimate of the value of his home.

c) [redacted] explained to me that during a telephone conversation with [redacted], he explained that if the actual appraised value was a few thousand dollars lower than [redacted]'s estimate, [redacted] may be able amend the loan's interest rate in order to generate a credit toward closing costs in an attempt to minimize [redacted]'s cash contribution toward the increased closing costs that the lower appraised value would have caused. Unfortunately, the appraised value was $55,000 lower than [redacted]'s estimate . .

d) [redacted] was charged $655 - $575 was the estimated appraisal fee, $17 for the credit report fee, and a $63 application fee. The actual appraisal fee was $425 and [redacted] was sent a refund check of $150 by CU Members.

It is very unfortunate that Qside FCU is not always able to meet every member's needs. However, our commitment to our membership remains true to the credit union concept 'people helping people' and Qside's approach of members­ first, not-for-profit.

Review: Several thousand dollars was stolen out of my bank account. As soon as I noticed that something had gone awry with my account, I immediately went up to the bank and reported it in person. I even handed over my ATM card to them. When I checked my account the next day, another thousand dollars was taken out. The Bank personnel said they would investigate the matter but it appeared through their line of questioning and accusatory comments that they out right assigned the blame to me. After several calls and in person visits to check on the status and what seemed like a circus run around act, they finally reimbursed me BUT told me that I had to pay a $500 deductible. When I questioned them about this and made them show me written documentation of this $500 insurance company mandated deductible, the document actually stated that the customer could be responsible for $50 and $500 if the customer did did report the fraudulent activity within 2 days. As stated I notified them within 24 hours of my discovering fraudulent activity on my account. Furthermore, they continued to allow additional funds to be stolen out of my account after I notified them and gave them my ATM card. I feel that all along they continuously assigned guilt to me, the customer, and wrongfully penalized me via the $500 deduction from my reimbursement. What legal recourse do I have?Desired Settlement: To be reimbursed the $500 penalty assessed to me.

Review: I had a loan with Qside Federal Credit Union and it has been paid in full. I tried calling several times and finally someone picked up. ( After 3 weeks of trying) I was told to send an email stating to stop my payroll deductions which I did 5 times. I was also told that they would continue to take the payroll deductions and put it in my savings account. I have done all that I was told to do and I have been trying to call them for the last month and either I just get static or now I get a message that that # does not exist. [redacted]. Qside Federal Credit Union is not close to me and my work hours stop me from going there myself.

Review: trying to get in touch by phone for the last two weeks ,nobody picks up the phones, left message nobody returns calls try to fax does not work ,can not speak to a person nobody picks up phones[redacted]"can not speak to anyone try for three weeks ,trying to get atm card so I can take money out out machine, card expired end of june try to fax does not go thought nobody returns calls out come would like for someone to contact me"Desired Settlement: would like to talk to someone
