desk immediately and was given the information about canceling his accountAs per our terms of use which is agreed to upon account creation and again upon accepting an offer from Qello LLC is that the user must cancel their own accounts and the functionality exists for them to do soQello LLC will not cancel the account on the behalf of a user under any circumstances, this is echoed depending on the platform but the policy is universal acrossWe asked *** to submit any other email addressed he may have used in the process on Feb *** (days ago) and have not heard anything back from him in regards to his issueWe made every attempt to help the user find the information we are looking for, our cancellation instructions (step-by-step) have historically been on our website as well as the Sony PlayStation application that the user was using at the time.

Thieves. They kept charging me for months after it no longer was even supported on PS4. I never had an account with them so I couldnt cancel. I tried contacting their customer service but no response. These guys are shady as can be. Too bad the app was pretty great

Review: BEWARE of "QELLO". I just had a mean experience with these miserable folks. Enticed by promotional advertising over the holidays, I decided to accept their "Free Seven Day Trial Period" and did so December [redacted]. Repeatedly failing to successfully engage their promised concert viewing via Roku despite several exchanges with "Qello Support" -- I attempted to phone and cancel my participation on Saturday 1/* and Sunday 1/*, but, after several rings, disconnection and a busy signal followed. I then sent a note to "Qello Support" expressing my disappointment and demanding cancellation, but received notice more than 24 hours later that I could only effect this going through their website with a somewhat complicated procedure and, since I had failed to do so within their "7 Day" window, $7.99 would be charged my account for the month of January, even though I had never been successful in using their system for even a split second. I vigorously complained to no avail. One provides "Qello" with credit card card info at great peril. And, judging from internet commentary, the service sucks anyway.Desired Settlement: I would like my $7.99 immediately refunded and an assurance for others that cancellation requirements be clearly conveyed at the initiation of relationship.

Review: While having a 7 day free trial for this service was fine until I realized that there was very little I was interested in. So Day 2 of my free trial I cancelled my service and did not give this another thought. Until today when I checked my bank account and was charged for a service that was cancelled. When contacted Qello I was met with horrible customer service explaining to me that I was lying...making me very irate. I was told by the website prior to contacting the company that I did not even have an account so what is it do I have an account or did I cancel because I still cannot cancel this. I also had to call Qello roughly 15 times to be ale to speak to someone because it kept going to a voicemail system...(what company's customer service goes to a voicemail) when I asked for a manager or a supervisor I was refused completely (what company doesn't have a manager on duty?) This entire company smells like a complete scam and I will not be taken even if it is for a mere $4.99...This is an absolute joke what I have to do to get $4.99 back to me that I did not authorize by cancelling after the 2nd dayDesired Settlement: I want this stupid account cancelled a written and hand signed apology for causing me grief from your "customer service" team, a manager/supervisor on duty at all times or a way to contact one and my refund along with this account closed and deleted along with all of my information cleared from your database.

Review: Qello LLC has been fraudulently charging me a subscription fee since Sept 2013 which I did not authorize. I only now caught it. I have been unsuccessful so far with my bank or [redacted] to stop the fees. I am seeking a cancellation of the service which I never authorized and a refund.Desired Settlement: I want the service to be removed from my account and I have no idea how to do this. I never authorized the subscription and want a refund for a service that I never used. The fees go back to Sept 2013. I want a refund for the fees which come to about 20 months or over $100. And more important, I want the service deactivated, period.

Review: My husband and I have been trying to cancel our subscription for months, the [redacted] number hangs up on you and emailing them is giving us the run around. One email said that my email wasn't linked to the account, though that is were I receive invoices from them once a month, then I go to change password and it sends me to [redacted]. Review: I found out about Qello on the Playstation Store. I proceeded to download the app and found out they had a 15 free trial offer. I signed up for the $4.99 a month plan, but a week later after trying it out I decided to cancel before my credit card was charged. I attempted to cancel via the app on the Playstation, but was informed I had to cancel online at Qello.com. I attempted to log-in and was told my account didn't exist, yet I could log-in via the PS3. I created a account the website using the same user name: [redacted] and password hoping that the account would fix itself and it didn't. I then sent a message to them explaining my problem, but I noticed that on the website it says "User must cancel accounts themselves." I feel that they did this intentional so people would sign up on the PS3 and then would have a hard time cancelling the account.Desired Settlement: I want them to cancel my account(s) before they start charging me and that they update the PS3 app, so users can cancel their accounts there.

Review: 7 days of free trial, on 5th day go to cancel, on a Saturday, of course there closed, and NO way to cancel, they said you can do it on computer, there was No way to cancel it out.. customer service was no help one one person. with no manager to talk to...Desired Settlement: my money returned to my bank account.

Review: This company refused to issue a refund after an immediate request to cancel my subscription in mere hours after the conclusion of a seven day free trial. The services provided do not suit me, the selection of their content is extremely limited and their rigid insistence in not accommodating my refund request is nothing less than bad business practice.Desired Settlement: I want an apology and a refund for their rigidness in refusing to issue a refund under reasonable and understandable circumstances.
