It was also made clear to him via email that since I wont be able to meet the deadline that he would not be required to pay the balance on the projectAlso, I was flexible and gave him unlimited revisions and multiple updates to the website beyond the scope of the agreementWith this being said I was blindsided by a letter from your officeThe client never emailed a request for his money back directly to meIf he did I would have done that with no problem despite the work I put into the projectIve NEVER in my years of web development which includes work for high profile corporations and entertainment personalities, been sent a complaint from a government agency over work I've done with them let alone without the client at the very least saying to me I want my money back, this isn't working outI take issue with claims of Rip Offs" Scams” and FraudsThis is not factualThe website was delivered and I will be refunding *** money June If you could let me know if I am required to send the Revdex.com proof of the refund that would be great and Ill make sure that happens.Thanks

Review: I've entered a written contract with Qasas Multimedia International LLC on the 28th of December 2013. For the company to create a website for my motorcycle club. I spoke / worked with **. [redacted] to provide this service for the total some of $650.00. Half was paid at the beginning of the project and the remainder at completion. Initially $330.00 was paid at the beginning of the project on the 29th of December 2013. Since then, **. [redacted] has not returned my calls, answered my email, or even spoken to me about finishing the website. He has provided a "Demo" of the website and would only update the site after you beg him for 3-4 weeks of constant emails and phone calls the he will NOT return or answer. Before the contract was signed and I spoke with **. [redacted], and he promised that he could get the website done in 3-4weeks. Since it was a "Straight Forward" website. And there was an Older website that I had, that **. [redacted] could pull a majority of the pictures and documents from. This type of behavior is unacceptable and honestly it is FRAUD! This was a SCAM from the 1st phone call. **. [redacted] missed or was late with every phone meeting. And if I'm the customer, why should I have to constantly call /contact him. Shouldn't I be contacted to receive updates on the progress of my project? I would NEVER recommend using Qasas Multimedia International LLC, because, you will be "Ripped Off"! And what I asked for was simple request and pictures and documents to be posted on the website. That **. [redacted] did NOT have to produce himself. I provided 99% of all images and documents for **. [redacted] to post on the website. A complete Liar and Fraud!I entered a digitally signed contract and paid **. [redacted] in December 2013 and he promised he would be complete before February. It is now late April 2014, and **. [redacted] still has not finished the website or has not returned my calls /emails in almost 60 days.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of money and return of all documentation and images that was provided to build the website. And for **. [redacted] to pay the expenses to have another website developer, of my choosing to complete this website project.
