[redacted]. VIN # [redacted]. At that time [redacted] knowingly signed and agreed to purchase said vehicle “AS IS”. Several weeks later [redacted] contacted our dealership and stated that his check engine light came on.  I then referred him to a mechanic. [redacted] thanked me for my assistance and told me that he needed a catalytic converter  and was undecided as to whether he would get an after market part or one from the ** dealer. A week before his temporary tags died he contacted me informing of his concern about passing D.C. inspection with his check engine light on. He said that he didn't have any money to repair the vehicle and wanted to know if he could borrow it from me. During this conversation he told me that his sister filed something with THE Revdex.com in his behalf and that he was against it, but since he didn't have the money to repair the vehicle he didn't stop her. I reminded  [redacted]  that he purchased his vehicle as is and that he has a copy of said document. I told [redacted] to meet me at the D.C. DMV and I would get him 45 day hard tags to help him out. He agreed, and that task was completed. [redacted]  [redacted] told me that he called and rescinded his complaint. I am amazed that a complaint was filed at all in light of the aforementioned facts. The vehicle was sold “AS IS”. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have.Sent from [redacted]                                   ... I used to drive a Nissa Sentra with four kids which is not feasible. A friend who had a wonderful experience gave me Q's business card. I gave him a call explained I was a single mom but needed a bigger vehicle and I was on a extremely tight budget. Mr. Q was personable as well as knowledgeable about vehicles. He had the perfect vehicle for me a Chrysler Town & Country that accomodates my entire family as well as my daughters squad on outings. I was very pleased with the time that it took to process me for title and tags and leave the lot the same day with my new vehicle. That was two years ago and my vehicle is still operating just fine with no issues. That inspired me to come back and purchase a car as a graduation gift for my daughter that she absolutely loves... Thank you Mr. Q for quality service and vehicles with a smile.... Lynee

Review: While at this used car dealership I inquired to the owner about a car for around 3500$ cash, he replied to me "you don't want any of these cars.. I'll just take you to the auction and you can choose what you want." I thought that was a good idea and we agreed on a date to go to the auction. About a week later I show up at the scheduled time and Mr. Q shows up 45mins late. I get in his car and he proceeds to tell me he charges a non-refundable $750 to take people to the auction. I was uncomfortable with that as all I had was 3500.00 to purchase a car. I asked him we spoke last week and also last night to confirm "why would you wait to tell me about a 750.00 fee at the scheduled time to leave giving me so little time to decide if that what I wanted to do. He explained to me that this is a dealer auction he pointed at all the car on his lot saying he got this one for 1500.00 this one for 1600.00 and the 750.00 I was giving him would not matter because I'm going to get such a great deal. I reluctantly agree because he mention it only in the moment we were supposed to leave and I took the day off to go to the auction. So I paid him 750.00After walking around for 3 hours I asked him to bid on a car as this was getting quite taxing.. He refused to bid on two cars I asked him to bid on, if I ask him to bid on it he starts checking the oil and telling me don't pick this one. Finally I asked him to bid on another car, he bids on it without any problem doesn't check anything and when I look inside the car is a total mess inside. It looks like someone died in it the dash board was cracked among a mountain of other thing.. mr Q never gave me any paper work or receipts for monies paid absolutely no papers associated with the car. If I were pulled over I'd be in trouble. Since there is no paperwork related to this vehicle my attorney believes the car was owned by this person to begin with and I was rail roaded to purchase this horrible car. I paid Mr Q 3500.00 for a piece of crap car, absolutely no papersDesired Settlement: I would like all of my money back because this person is dishonest and shady. I'd also am deeply moved to prevent this from happening to others. After the purchase was over there was a confrontation with Mr Q about his deceptive practices, no paperwork was given on this vehicle which leads my attorney to believe that the car was probably on potentially one of his to begin with. The police were called and a civil law suite is pending.
