liquid chemical that make it harden,so most  of the time it is found difficultemto remove acrylic nails.You actually to soak them in acetone for at least about 15 minute to take them off.And I also understand there is nail technician is have more experience that doing a better job than the other,but in the worse case,if they did a bad job,your nails will lift and don't last very long time.I am sorry but there is no way they are just fall off by itself if you don't pick at them or bite them ( lot of girls have this bad habit we know)About [redacted] story,due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.We talked with her the phone asking her to come and see us,if she picked them off we will be able to tell , but still offering redo it for her.but she declined to come and only asking for a refund.she did not want to show us her nails but only wanted money???After one week,she came to the salon again and asking for refund again,we tried to explanied to her even we can not refund her money but we can have out most experience nail technician to redo the whole new nail set for her until  she is satisfied,but agian,she only asking for money!! This is making no sense,you got your nails done,enjoyed them for the whole week then came back and wanted yor money back.sorry but it doesn't work that way.We dont feel like we did something wrong but feel  like we are more than reasonable offering her the new whole set even our salon policy is not refund money.
