As a responsible company we always make communication or lack of communication our responsibility. Unfortunately, there are so many inconsistencies in what Ms. [redacted] is saying, that I will give you a chronological list...
of events as we have them listed. Ms. [redacted] was contacted on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015 from a marketing company that we purchase leads from. Ms. [redacted] agreed to the appointment of one of our in-house technicians to inspect her house for energy loss. If Ms. [redacted] thought we were from Hennepin County, that would have been cleared up immediately upon his arrival when he showed her his business card from Clean Living. On Thursday, September 17, 2015 there was a 2nd appointment scheduled in which Blown-In Attic Insulation was priced out utilizing up to a $1000 factory energy savings rebate which also shows Clean Living, at which point a contract was written and signed including finance documents to handle the purchase. I've enclosed copies of everything that Ms. [redacted] Signed to show you that nothing mentions Hennepin County. It all reflects our company, Clean Living. On September 21, 2015 one of our production crews was sent to blow in insulation into her attic which was performed. When the job was completed, Ms. [redacted] signed a completion certificate which is also attached. This was then forwarded to the bank for Clean Living to be paid. Upon receipt of the completion certificate, Aqua Finance (bank) called Ms. [redacted] to confirm completion of the job and to confirm that Ms. [redacted] was satisfied. Only then did we get paid from the bank. As far as Aqua Finance selling her loan to Conexus Credit Union, as you are aware every lender has the right to sell their loans, while still keeping the same terms of the original agreement. I find it curious that after an initial phone call of September 15, through multiple visits plus inspection by our service manager, that at this point she claims we pumped in air and not cellulose insulation. At no time, did we represent ourselves as being from Hennepin County as proof of all of the enclosed documents.

I do not accept their response because they are not being truthful. There are no inconsistencies in what I am saying the inconsistencies lies with them. They mentioned a marketing company called me, can I request the name of that company, so I can verify that call, if there is a Ms. [redacted] that works with them. The only reason I allowed Mr. [redacted] access into my house is because he stood in front of my door and introduce himself as the housing inspector from Hennepin County. Who are these People? where did they get my information? my name and phone number. I never called anyone, I never requested an inspection of my house, whether my house is losing energy or not was never a concern of mine. Doesn't that seems strange? that there are people out there that are concerned about whether my house is losing energy or not, more than I do. I am even more convinced that this whole thing is a scam. Is this a way of preying on senior citizens? Mr [redacted] could present his documentation, but he knows the truth, I know the truth and God knows the truth. He came to my house under false pretence and that is a crime. If we cannot come to my desired resolution, I will have to take this matter further.

It seems to us that [redacted]'s concern stems from the assumption that we pumped in air and not attic insulation into her attic. It seems to us the only way to resolve this issue is to have her attic reinspected and we're hoping we can do that through arbitration with the Revdex.com. It does concern us that she keeps stating she was mislead. Unfortunately, all we have to go by is all of the documents she signed and the fact that the bank called her and confirmed she was satisfied BEFORE we were paid. We are hoping at this point that the Revdex.com works with Ms. [redacted] and us and resolves this matter in as short as time as possible.
