I am replying to the letter dated 10/06/concerning the above mentioned complaint
Please note that we were unaware of the customers still being unhappyWhen the customer called my office in the end of April to let me know of his concerns, I went over to assess the driveI sent a crew to heat,
mend and patch any soft areaWe went back to fix the area of concern on June 17, I advised the customer to seal coat the drive as well as us doing the repair at no chargeI advised to seal coat since they were dry turning on the drive, and the new asphalt. The customer is correct in that sealer is more of a superficial and only protects the asphalt to an extentHowever, I recommend a seal coat on new asphalt the following season because it gives the asphalt some lusterIn the case of this customer, that has multiple vehicles dry turning, it adds an additional barrierThe customer chose not to seal coatThey only wanted the repair, therefore, that is what we didAfter this, I had not heard any more from the customer so I figured all was well
I do not have a problem going out to meet the customer face to face if that is what he wants
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back
Sincerely,

Re: #[redacted]
Dear [redacted],
I am...
replying to your letter dated 06/07/16 concerning the above mentioned complaint.
Please note that we were unaware of the customers concerns.
I spoke to Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions. I advised her a crew would be out to address her concerns.
A crew was at her house to make the repairs on Monday 6/6/16. The crew did what they could to remedy the concerns of the customer. Since her concrete that runs next to the new asphalt drive is caving the crew made a lip to prevent water running into that area.
I called customer Tuesday after the crew was there and she did not answer the phone nor has she returned the call. I was calling to see if all her concerns were addressed.
I did apologize for the time it too us to come out to address her drive but weather and ground conditions had us backed up on our schedule which delayed our crew to return to her property.
As I explained I sent a crew out and am waiting on a response from the customer if everything is working properly.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Sincerely,
Katie
