I will never stay at this resort again nor will I suggest this to anyone
Upon arrival, we waited about minutes before we were acknowledged by the front deskThe front desk were scrambling and appeared extremely stressed outWhen we were finally acknowledged and began the check in process, we were given pieces of paper to write down the names of every person staying in each room (we had rooms.) The gentleman who gave us these papers wrote lines on one paper and lines on the other oneI wrote down all the names of guests and we headed upstairs
The next morning, a woman from the hotel came into our room (no phone call or knock of warning) and woke up everyone in one of the roomsThere were people in the roomThree people who had paid for that roomThey were told to pack up their items immediately and that we were being kicked out for have people in both rooms instead of When we got downstairs to figure out the matter, the name of the 5th girl had been scratched out on the 2nd paperI asked "why would they have accepted this last night, but now we are being kicked out?" The manager, ***, blonde spiky hair, raised her voice and asked if I was competent of "doing math." And continued to raise her voice, claimed I was lying (even though it had clearly been written the night before) and eventually threw her hands up and walked away from the situation completely
This hotel scams people into forcing them to buy a 3rd room so they can up sell We are not the only party that this happened to the weekend we were there and I am sure they do this regularlyIf this was such an issue it should be explained, up front, upon check in the consequences of having an extra guest in the room, and they should have never allowed us to submit guest names in the first place
*** the manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt withI work in an office setting and would never dream of speaking or treating another human being the way she didFor the sake of this hotel, this manager needs to me removedShe is a horrible representation of hospitality and kindness, what one would hope for while spending their money on a weekend vacation
