My name is Saydah Wehgar,
I signed up for a gym membership in January or February 2018. In March I went to my local Push Fitness on Staten Island to cancel a membership due to health issues. Spoke to 4 supervisor, one naming Mike about canceling my membership. I was promised on several occasions that my membership will be processed and canceled. In April, I got a bill of $47 which was taken out of my account. That was the 30 days process fee for canceling a membership. In May and now June I am still being billed for Push Membership. I called ABC financial and they said Push never put in for a cancellation. Spoke to Mike again on 5/30/17, asking why my membership still isn’t process, he is telling me being pregnant isn’t a good reason to cancel a membership nor is a doctor note. I want to speak with whomever owns Push fitness about my membership and the bill of May and now June. I can no longer speak to Forest ave about this account since there’s a no resolution in sight.
