We have reviewed the account and have determined that the issues the client has been experiencing have not been server related, but related to email compliance (SPAM notifications) and domain verification required by law from our third party registrarWe have contacted the client in regards to these issues and have provided resolutions to the client that have required a response/confirmation from the client but have not received a response/confirmation regarding these resolutionsSince we have not received any response/confirmation to the resolutions we have provided, no action has been taken, as we cannot move forward without the response/confirmation from the client Since we have not received any response/confirmation from the client for quite some time, we will honor the client's request for a refund in the amount of $USD which includes all fees charged except for the domain registration and domain renewal fees of $each charged on December 11, and November 18, 2013, which are third party fees that go to our domain registrarSince the client is located outside of the US, we will issue a refund via PayPalWe will just need the required PayPal account information which will be requested separately in an email from our support In the mean time, the account has been cancelled Thank you, Purely Hosting Support

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
 
However, i'd like to clarify that the issue here wasn't raised by their support team but rather, they claimed that the server was unstable and was unsure why the account was block by the server and proposed to migrate my entire account server to another host instead. This has been a long standing issues which I felt they failed to address and keep avoiding in their respond for any ticket raised to their attention. The usual reply from them is a standard auto reply and following is their reverting that the issue is resolved and attached some screen-shot of their testing using my mail server to send mail to themselves and has no problem with it.
 
They never ever really get to the point of resolving any problem or issues which bogged down my business and also causing my company rapport which I kept being pushed around till I wrote in to your good office.
 
How I wished I knew there's such a good office of yours existing to resolve issues like these that my business might have avoided the tarnishing.
 
In saying that, i'd still be much thankful that with your help, purely hosting is finally forced to admit their shortcoming of their services and really, i'm very pleased and much appreciative of your standing up for consumers' rights beyond your country people. Thank you..
