Hi [redacted] We received this form in the mail today, our RMA policy is that customer will need to sent back the defective item, and we will sent back to the MFG in the oversea for them to do the inspection and fixed and sent back to the customer Which we already told the customer couple times that MFG do not offer NEW replacement, only fixed and return The customer were not happy about it, but we did nicely told him that it is what MFG offer He end up request to return all his product, which we did told him our policy for return were be included 20% restocking fee, product need to be less than year old (with invoice) and he will need to pay for the shipping for return and we will do the inspection and issue store credit That is when the mail stop, we have not hear from this customer for over months Please advise what else we can do? Thank you and Have a wonderful day
I am rejecting this response because:The vendor is once again misrepresenting the history This vendor solicited our business by email advertising and told us how good these leak detectors wereThis was advertisingTheir RMA policy is spelled out in the attached paragraph on Claims & ReturnsThere is no mention of sending back to MFG overseas for inspection and fixWe followed procedures in this document and returned with RMA #s as requiredThis is fraudulent inducement and misrepresentation of their RMA policyThey never notified of this until AFTER a LONG delay and only AFTER receiving defective product returned to themTheir RMA form offers only options, replacement or creditSee attached RMA formsWe initially checked the replacement then we later checked the credit box and asked that prior replacement option, since they never replaced anything, be changed to creditThis form is fraudulent and misleadingNowhere does it state repairThey promised in writing that we would receive replacement by June See attached correspondence email xchange promisedWe have received not one item repaired or any credit as of todayThey just repeatedly lieThey have a pattern of fraud in interstate commerce when dealing with usSee attached their refusal to provide us with a credit card receipt in credit card receipt refusal emailWe have thrown out the pieces we had left in our warehouseThey are too dangerous to useAnd we will not waste our money returning even more product to these dishonest peopleWe demand payment to us of x $= $If we do not receive payment we will file fraud complaints with attorney general of [redacted] and [redacted] Thank you
