I purchased a Reverse Osmosis double filter system from PWP about a year ago I did considerable research, and the sales staff were *extremely [redacted] helpful and knowledgeable in placing my order They spent about half an hour on the phone with me one day and did not pressure me at all The following day I called and placed my order They were very helpful in stepping me through installation, and after my unit developed a small malfunction, they troubleshooted over the phone, and offered to send me a replacement part that would fix my unit at *no cost [redacted] even though it was out of warranty I have never experienced a higher level of customer service at any company, ever I would be willing to pay extra for this service, but somehow, on top of all this, their pricing is also extremely competitive Their website is very helpful and easy to read, but I would also recommend calling them if you have any questions I recommend them fullystars out of

I've used Gene and his reverse osmosis equipment for over 12 years now. He's an expert on this stuff and has always gone above and beyond for me. I'm fortunate I'm local to his store.
