If I could give this company a negative star I wouldThey are a rip off company that has absolutely no ethicsWhen I received charges in my bank account that I don't authorize I contacted their customer serve department who was beyond rude and at first they offered me a 25% refund which I refusedI did mange to get them to agree to a 75% refund and even received an confirmationThen again today, I received yet another charge to my account instead of the refund that they said that I would be gettingStay as far away from this rip off company as possibleI am now having to go to my back to cancel my card so that they can't continue to charge me for something that I didn't agree to or want

I ordered a free trial of the product PureFast Garcinia and Affinity Mango Cleanse on line on 7/8/and provided my account information for shipping charges During the ordering process, I was never informed that I would be charged later for this product and I was not guided to read any policy or terms of agreement formsI was not provided with an emailed receipt after my order On 7/23/at am, I was billed $to my account without being informedI called the customer service number provided by my bank (844)-709--and spoke to *** on 7/24/at 9:am who told me that I was charged because I did not cancel my subscription/order When I told her I was not informed of this policy, she said it was stated in the terms and conditions Again, I never saw this on the page I ordered from and was not directed to check the box prior to ordering as is custo*** on most transactions like this When I asked if I could return the product for a refund, I was told I was not ab
I purchased a dietary supplement called Pure Fast Garcinia & Affinity Mango Cleanse that was advertised as a free trial, customer just pays shipping The company DID NOT offer any details about a contract regarding a weight loss program or that I was signing up for anything when I decided to try this productHowever, I my credit card was charged $on July 2, after I had already paid the $in shipping when I originally placed the order on June 19, I should mention that I never even took the dietary supplementIn fact, both bottles are still factory sealed
When I called to ask for a refund and said that I was not going to pay for something I did not a agree to, the customer service agent proceeded to claim that I had agreed to a day trial and that if I had called into the company prior to the days, I would have received my full refundI then asked for a mailing address so that I could return the UNOPENED UNUSED product The service agent refuse
The terms of the product purchased were misleadingThe advertisement states that the individual receive the products "Pure Fast Garcinia" and "Affinity Mango Cleanser" for a free trial of days The product was purchased online on April I was charged $on April My argument is that days have not passed since the day that the product was received, which was April 20, and the days after it was actually purchased on line was April 29, which was the 14th day from purchase, so should not have been charged, as of yet, to my account This information is misleading $is a very large feeI did not have a good reaction to the products, therefore, I called the company to let them know that I wanted to cancel and that I should not be chargedThe product was still within the days that were freeFirst I called a number in one of the emails, 888-956-It is a non-working number I found that to be a red flag I called the other number I found for the company
I have a complaint against the process of this particular service for this product Affinity Mango Cleanse and for the pure fast garcinia product that I never ordered You see, I saw this online and I went to try to order, but after I put the credit card information I decided I didn’t want to get the product so I closed out the app The next thing I know is that the trial products are at my door Today I go to check my account and I have a charge for $and $for these products that I never ever agreed on purchasing I called the number shown on the bank statement and I speak to a *** He said that I ordered these products and those were under a monthly subscription I said to him I never ordered these products and not even the trial bottles as I had closed the application before getting a confirmation number He than started to argue of what “ I did” and I said I would never had agreed to this He offered me 30% of my money back and then 50% back I asked to speak to
This morning my bank account was billed $by Pure Fast Garcinia; what showed up on my bank's online record was that amount from 4DM*GARCINIACAMI did not order this product
I called their customer service line 1-888-492-After waiting well over a half-hour, I spoke with a representative and explained the situationShe was unable/unwilling to do anythingI asked to speak to a supervisor many times; finally the rep let me speak to 'Brittany'After explaining the whole thing again, she said she was unable to do anythingShe said that by agreeing to get a "free" sample, and not contacting them within weeks, that I agreed to pay $AND have a monthly subscriptionI tried to appeal to her to reverse the charges; after a few minutes she hung up on me
I went to their site to find their disclaimer/subscription agreement; I did finally find it, but the print was so small I needed a magnifying glass to read itThis is the definition of deceptiveAnd it preys on

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meThey have already processed the refund, and it has been received by my bank. While the company indicates there is a time period to opt out of the automatic delivery, I might suggest that: 1) that notice is seen, in VERY small print, and amidst a ton of other legaleze jargon difficult to read even IF you can see the small print2) I can't help but feel that the company uses these (and other) tactics in a deceptive manner, one that specifically targets seniors on the assumption that they won't be able to read that notice, and that they won't know to call to prevent further billingFurther, their customer service agents are to be kind incredibly rude, uncaring, unsympathetic drones that only claim there is nothing they can doThey make it clear that they are aware of the deceptive click-through notice, and aware that it is designed to click through without being readWhile they did finally give me my refund AFTER I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, prior to that they were anything but helpful
