The resolution is we are going to get our equipment out of his home july saturday and get a refund Mr [redacted] for his $at the time of removal If Mr [redacted] doesn't comply after we have made this arrangement with him we WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HIM FOR BREECH OF CONTRACT PLUS KEEPING OUR EQUIPMENT WHICH IS VALUED AT OVER $which will be turned into collections agency next if this isn't solved by Saturday He will get his refund only when we receive our equipment We have already made arrangements with Mr [redacted] I'm not certain how this isnt clear for a resolution
He will have to contact monitronics [redacted] for signed contract as they have all records AGAIN for the 4th time we no longer have any affiliation with him and this agreement Only monitronics Once he signs a contract all contracts are sent to themMonitronics international does his monitoring and billing
Per our agreement we have written with Mr*** He are terminating this agreement asap and giving him a full refund thank you
This statement is simply not true Like 100% of our clients they sign a month alarm agreement so we can install a free monitored system If they move we will move or transfer for the system them for free This is on the alarm agreement which he has signed that Monitronics the
alarm company has records of and we gave a copy of.which I told him to contact to as we are only responsible for the 1st year of contract and we no longer are liable for the agreement per our agreement with monitronics *** was 100% aware of the months otherwise we would not install a system without his signature on the contracts months agreement is stated on the contract
We were on vacation had no access to email This complaint is not valid We Don't even make outbound phone calls for one Two this iscomplaint is in another statewe have told the you the Revdex.com to get this phone number off *** This is a cell phone
I need some one to call me asapThis complaint is absurd
YesThis is simpleWe were lied toDeceived into this contract and now they are hiding behind itIt is very clear that they are trying to wash their hands of this and don't careI just want to make sure others aren't taken by these cons
We are a leigitimate business as you know We are a local installing dealer We are registered with the state of Ohio and licensed with the city of columbus After reading this complaint, I really don't understand what the problem is? We installed this system for free
like it says on her contract We gave her a free medical pendant like we do all seniors which saves them $per month She passed a survey with ***s the monitoring station that she is satisfied We don't collect monthly bills the consumer mails it to ***s each month we have done nothing wrong or illegal We have only helped this lady save money Our verification as she stated called her to ensure that she knew all the details of what was happening She was completely satisfied with the terms, the agreement, and everything we offered to her I am calling her to see what other issues she has but this is the first news from us that their is an issue Please call me *** *** *** thanks we ensure our clients our happy with what we do for them thanks
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Thank you for honoring the contractual commitment
this person called us making false claims of calling him. we don't make outbound calls to people. have no idea what he is speaking of. he is calling a cellphone.
I know the conversation that had taken place between their salesman (Jerry) & myself. Their salesman and now company are pulling a clear bait & switch. Stating that there was no contractual time length and we could terminate at any time without any charges. Now the salesman and company want to hide behind the contract their salesman didn't edit properly to reflect what was discussed. It appears that now I'll have to just deal with it. I know moving forward I would not recommend this company nor service.
This agreement was terminated over a month ago once we received ACTUAL verification that they were moving into a senior home. We sell tons of seniors ALL the time because they want and need the waterproof med alert button we give them for FREE and this saves them over $30 per month....
This is very helpful to them especially for those who are alone. Mr. [redacted] was signed up by one of our sales rep. He passed a Q & A welcome call from Monitronics that indicates that he knows the terms of the agreement which includes explaining to them and Mr. [redacted] acknowledging that he is changing from [redacted] and with monitronics. They also ask him if he knows he is signing a 3 year agreement. If he says NO to any of this, Monitronics will not pay a dime until we rectify the situation. He had the system for awhile until one day his daughter call us complaining that we ripped him off without knowing what we did for him.She said he may be moving and we told her just need proof them moving. Once that happened the agreement was terminated.
The resolution is we are going to get our equipment out of his home july 2 saturday and get a refund Mr. [redacted] for his $43.99 at the time of removal. If Mr. [redacted] doesn't comply after we have made this arrangement with him we WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HIM FOR BREECH OF CONTRACT PLUS KEEPING OUR EQUIPMENT WHICH IS VALUED AT OVER $800 which will be turned into collections agency next if this isn't solved by Saturday. He will get his refund only when we receive our equipment. We have already made arrangements with Mr. [redacted] I'm not certain how this isnt clear for a resolution.
This response is not a factual response. I will not accept any response that is not factually accurate.1. "We have made arrangements with Mr. [redacted] on Saturday as this was our first availability to pick up our equipment" - False. Originally, the day was Friday but not one contacted me to set up date/time. Once again, I had to reopen the Revdex.com claim to get a response from the operator2. "Again the reasons Mr. [redacted] is making a complains are not valid as we are giving him a refund and in fact that we are there are zero technical grounds to cancel this agreement" - False. You have told me for over a month that I'd be getting a refund but it has not happened. Additionally, since the entire system was not installed, we do have technical grounds to cancel. Nonetheless, it does not matter because the contract clearly states that the first month is free and also that I can cancel at any time without penalty if not completely satisfied. Again, the contract protects me in this case since this was written by the owner himself.3. "We are canceling this without penalty because we simply are refusing Mr. [redacted]'s business because of the constant complaining and tirades" - False. I have exercised my contractual right to cancel without penalty due to being charged for things I shouldn't have been charged for and for not receiving all equipment that I was promised. In fact, Jerry begged me to continue my service by offering multiple free months and additional equipment.4. "We have provided a good installation and good monitoring" - False. Not all equipment was installed. Additionally, per Monotronics, our equipment has not sent a signal since Monday.5. "There is absolutely nothing wrong with Mr. [redacted]'s system" - False. Not all equipment has been installed and I was charged for service I was not to be charged for.6. "He is simply trying to find a LOOPHOLE of how he can get out of paying for the system." - False. I called Jerry multiple times before the Revdex.com complaint asking for the additional equipment to be installed and to be refunded for my first month that was to be free. It wasn't until weeks later that I moved forward with the Revdex.com Complaint (after being threatened by one of his alleged answering service employees). This is simply Jerry's way to try to spin this but the fact support my claims, not his.7. "Again we have every right moving forward to send this over to our collections agency and he can deal with them moving forward if eh would prefer for breech of contract" - False. I have not breached my contract as it clearly states I have the right to cancel within one year if for any reason I am not satisfied. Not that I need reasons but I am choosing to cancel because I was charged for a month when I shouldn't have been and still have not received all equipment. With regards to collection: There is nothing to turn me in for as we have paid all dues. 8. "Nowhere on the contract does it state when he will receive a refund" - I will defer to Ohio law that states that a merchant isn't required to have a specific refund policy, but if it does have a refund policy, the policy must be clearly and conspicuously posted. If a merchant doesn't have a refund policy posted, the consumer is entitled to a refund. Since there is no refund policy on this contract I am entitle to a full refund and am happy to let the court determine that time. His technician said he will be out Saturday morning. At that moment, I expect a refund for all charges. If that is not received, I will take legal action to recoup what is owed.Once again, I will only accept a response from the operator that is factually accurate. His last response is littered with lies that are easily dispelled due to the contract that is attached in the claim. Other than that, he makes personal attacks implying that I am simply trying to get something for nothing. Since the beginning, I've only been asking for what I was promised.
He will have to contact monitronics [redacted] for signed contract as they have all records. AGAIN for the 4th time we no longer have any affiliation with him and this agreement. Only monitronics. Once he signs a contract all contracts are sent to them. Monitronics international does his monitoring and billing.
