I purchased order number [redacted] on December 9th as a Christmas present for my daughter since your website told me it if I ordered by then it would be delivered before Christmas Apparently it was not in stock as indicated, and no one let me know, so I have spent hours over the past week on hold, being given empty promises, told that it was a mess up because they didn't have it in stock and they would contact the vendor to get it shipped/ overnight prior to Christmas I have spent so much of my time on this only to receive empty promises and poor service from employees, supervisors and managersNow, at the 11th hour, I won't have this purchase to give to my daughter on Christmas day Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received They lied on several occasions, and I believe they lied so they wouldn't have to deal with the problem

I have been using Purchasing Power since August Over the years I have placed multiple orders with them, totaling close to $15,worth of itemsSo when I say that I am not new to this, know that I mean itI know that the CSR's I am going to speak to have a very specific script of answers that they are taught to answer with and that when they say you can find all of your account information online they aren't kiddingIt takes a small act of god to get any additional information from the CSR'sBut all of this has been fineI have never had to wait more than two weeks for a deliveryIn fact, my most recent order was delivered just days after having submitted my pay stub! I was quite pleasedThat was until I found out that one of the items had been damagedThis was when everything took a turn for the worse I ordered a bundle set that included a gaming desktop and 60" TVThe computer itself was delivered via FedEx and arrived with no issuesThe TV though, was shipped using Pilot Freight Services, and being that their distribution center was less than minutes from my work, I made arrangements to pick up the TV directly from them as it would be far easier than trying to schedule a deliveryWhen I was in the process of setting up the pick, Pilot informed me that the box had been damaged during transit by what appeared to be crushing damage, but there was seemingly no damage directly to the TV itselfI made the decision to accept the TV upon inspection as I did not see any direct evidence of damage to the TV itself, but knew full well that there was still a chance that could not be ruled out until the TV was actually plugged inWhen I got the TV home and plugged in, I found that there was extensive damage to the screen (multiple dead pixel strings and actual crack in the screen that was not evident until the backlight came on)I immediately contacted the number listed on Purchasing Power's website that is given for damaged or defective items (though I suspect this is the exact same set of CSR's that I would deal with to place an order by the scripts they use) This is where things got fun for meThe first CSR told me that because the items (the TV and computer) were ordered as a part of a bundle that they would both have to be returned in order to complete an exchange and that this process would take in excess of 7-business daysWhen I tried to explain that the TV was the only item damaged and that the computer, which shipped separately, was completely fine she simply repeated her script to meI tried to explain that the TV itself barely fit in my car and that the computer was equally massive and would not fit in my car at the same timeOn top of this I did not have time to run around town dropping items off at various shipping locations since they (Purchasing Power) consistently is inconsistent in who they utilize for shippingThe CSR stuck to her guns though about both items needing to be returned and that they would have the shipping companies schedule an at home pick up for meI again tried to explain that only the TV, which shipped separately, was damaged and that because of my work schedule I could not accommodate an at home pick upThe CSR attempted to repeat her script a fourth time to me, at which point I cut her off and told her that this was completely unacceptable and that I needed to speak to a supervisorI was told that she would take down my number and a supervisor would call me back in five minutes Five minutes later: no call Thirty minutes later: no call At this point, I called back, waited in the hold queue and asked to speak to a supervisor again and was this time told that the supervisor "was dialing (my) number as (I) called in" and would be calling me as soon as I hung up Five minutes later: no call After waiting for another minutes, I finally received a call back from a supervisor (I love being lied to!) The supervisor attempted to give me the line about both items needing to be shipped back in order to complete the exchangeWhen I made it clear that this was unacceptable and unreasonable, he asked to place me on a hold to see what he could doAfter about or minutes, he came back on the line and said that he had gotten approval for me to just send back the TV independent of the computer and that a replacement would be shipped out after the damaged one had been receivedI expected this, but when I asked how much longer it would be until my replacement TV would take, I was told 7-business days after the damaged TV had been verified as being received backWhen I asked how long it would be until my replacement TV would take, I was told 7-business days after the damaged TV had been verified as being received backWhen I asked how long itwould take to get the damaged TV shipped off I was told 1-business daysNo offer of expedited shipping was even mentioned

Business with this company is very convenientWhen you can't afford to buy an item cash, this is available which is really helpful for daily living!

User beware This company takes deposits and then does not fulfill the order When you call to check on your order, it's been cancelled and they are under no obligation to notify you Your deposit will only be refunded if you call to see whats going on Isn't this a form of wire fraud??

Everything is more expensiveso they more or less charge you more to cover interest that you don't have to payAlso If you pay a order off a head of time it takes for ever to get them to stop taking the money out of your check! I am on the 5th paycheck(Bi-weekly) and they still don't have it right! I am hoping that they have it figured out before my next pay dayI was trying to pay it off before Christmas so I had the money to go out of townI would never recommend them if you can afford to get what you want local do it! The customer service was very bad alsoThey put you on hold for long amounts of time and they are not in America or at least you can't understand them and they can't do anything to help it seemsThey are friendly enough but when they told me they sent the stop payments to the company so they wouldn't take it out of my check anymore they didn't succeed in doing it and the payments kept coming outThe system that they use takes for everThey told me it takes days for the payments to post to the account then I have to call and get them to refund my moneyhere we are months after and still fighting for my money...Goodluck!

Very easy to useI like that they tons of name brand products to choose fromThey have tires for your car!! And all kinds price ranges

Purchase Power is awesomeNot only do they make it convenient for you to buy, the products offered are high quality and reasonably priced

Purchasing Power is a good way of purchasing everything you need for your home without having to pay all the money up front. I've been able to keep up with all new computers, tablets. All in all I've made a good investment in their companyð ð

I been trying to place an order since the beginning of December, I was not able to get a spending limit so a actually placed an order on 12/09/being this was my first order o thought ot was a thing, after calling many times and getting different answers I was not able to placed an order for x mas I was told two weeks ago my account would be fixed and I called today I was told the previous rep did not foxed the issue and I have to wait business daysI been at my job for years! I meet all the qualifications I feel so bombed that I was not able to place an order for my kids

I have been using Purchasing Power since t was introduce to our institution I have had nothing but the best quality products delivered and able to obtain what I wanted with out the hassle of late payments

Purchasing Power has been a wonderful site for meI have been able to purchase Christmas gifts for my Grandchildren and have it on a easy payment plan You should try it at least once

I have been using Purchasing Power since August Over the years I have placed multiple orders with them, totaling close to $15,worth of items ordered a *** washer and dryer 9-20-and have yet to receive my orderThe payment for this set of $222.23(total price $$2,666.72) has been coming out of my paycheck every month since 10-3-The set was delivered on 10/01/But there was damage while in-transit so I refused the shipment I called them on 10/3/to let them know that it was refused do to damageI was told to wait to business days until they received items back from shipperI wait till 10/14/to call I asked to speak with a supervisor his name was James I told him that I was waiting on a new tracking number for my items he said that he was so sorry that this was a problem that he would fix for taking this long what he is going to do is give me a 5% discount off my next order for my troublesHe also said that he was going to email someone to let them know what is going on with my order and it should be resolved in to days10/26/still nothing I wish I could attach mpto this so you can hear all this stuff these people have been telling me I recorded every call so I can send it to Scott ***
Chief Operating Officer at Purchasing PowerTalk to James and it was the same line he told me lasted time, gave me another 5% for a total of 10% my next purchase but now I am concerned there going to start taking payments out my check for something that I do not have James told me I promise you nothing would be taken out your check he said believe meGuess what 10/31/money comes out my check for this items11/9/ Speak to James supervisor he said THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE and he will now have to escalate this to someone higher up WOW you think11/10/some lady called me from purchase power I was at work so it was very fast she told me that we are working hard on my order that we know what is going on and that they are trying to resolve it to be patient with them11/18/ Asked for James he was not available so I just gave up I told them I didn't want the items no more they told me that if that happened that the money that was deducted would be credited to my account at this point I don't care lets get this done so a request was made and he said that it will be credited back to my account to days Great!!!.11/23/No credit has been made yet11/30/Guess what another payment out my check.Today is 12/7/still no movement on my account will be calling them today unbelievableI have a balance for some other things that I have purchased, I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with this company to reconsiderMy experience with them will be my last

I have been using Purchasing Power for years nowMy entire home has been pretty much furnished by themThey have almost everything you could be looking for from furniture to vacations and pet supplies to auto care they even have learning programsAlmost all of the items I have purchased have came from SearsAll my items are warrantied and all have been delivered to my home and brought inside for meYou get your items quickly and the one incident that I did have recently with a delivery company was quickly checked on by Purchasing Power and handledI love this company

I placed a order for Ipad Pro's Nov 11th and let me tell you I still haven't received tracking information or a actual shipping dateI called several times and the wait time is over a hour just to speak to someoneI even spoke to a supervisor today and he basically told me the representatives have done nothing to contact the supplier meanwhile they told me they sent several emailsThe BEST part is that they are going to start deducting money from my paycheck and I don't even have the products I orderedThis were Birthday gifts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then they lied and day they are giving me at 10% discount and have notGuess what the supervisor told me he was calling me back and never didprior to this I was a frequent customer to Purchasing Power but after this never again for me
