We got our baby French bulldog from puppies n love about 5 months. We cannot begin to express how much we love this dog. She is amazing. Healthy. Happy pup. Everytime we go into puppies n love they are always very helpful and friendly and we're always tempted to get another puppy. They follow through with the warranty and everything they said when we bought her. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for a new addition to their family.
My daughter and I went to Puppies N Love to browse puppies and we fell in love with a beautiful male German Shepherd at first sight so of course we had to buy him. Kim was the salesperson on staff and was so kind and knowledgeable. You could tell she has an authentic love for helping people as well as helping puppies to find the best homes. The process of purchase, learning how to care for him, and answering all questions even post purchase has been amazing. We are very pleased with customer service and care at this store and would recommend the store and Kim to other people looking for a new puppy.
Good morning,
My name is Frank M[redacted] and I'm the owner of Puppies N' Love. I called last week for Miguel and left a voice mail message on the [redacted] number that he suggested contacting but have not heard back yet. I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the special order of this puppy. I have looked into this situation myself and I truly hope that we can reach a resolution. I spoke to the associate at the store who informed me that someone did sign the special order form in early January. She thought it was Miguel, but could have possibly been Jonathon. We allow up to 12 weeks to locate and purchase a special order puppy. It is not always possible to locate a specific breed of puppy in that time frame which is why we would typically refund the amount of deposit if we are unable to locate the specific puppy. In this case, it has only been 8 weeks so far. With that being said, there is still no guarantee that we will be able to locate a puppy for you within the 12 week time frame. We will happily continue to try to locate a puppy for you if that's what you prefer. If not, and timing is critical, you may want to search for breeders on the internet. If you do decide to continue the process and purchase a puppy from us, provided that we can locate one, I will offer you a $100.00 discount as a good faith gesture to help compensate for your time.
We did confirm that the credit check by the finance company was a "soft" hit and will not affect your credit score.
Regards,
Frank M[redacted]
They keep the puppies so clean, happy and healthy. This team is amazing! The staff shows such love and attention to each puppy. This results in a friendly, well-adjusted pet.
Our family asked a million questions about the puppy in which we were interested, the breeder, how to take care of this particular breed and health history The staff's ability to respond to our questions and provide expert advice, helped us to decide to adopt a beautiful ZUCHON. She is now part of the family and thriving.
Thanks to the manager, Loni, and her outstanding team for the personal service and the love they gave each puppy at Puppies N Love!!
If you want a wonderful pet, I highly recommend Puppies N Love at PV mall
I brought home Bailey, a Malti-poo from Puppies N Love in May, 2016. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and upbeat/friendly attitudes of the staff at this location. As I have always rescued my furry children, this was my first adoption (purchase from a store). Thanks to the store manager, Loni and her awesome team, I was well-informed about my new addition but never pressured during the process. I regularly stop by to say hi and now that I live closer, Bailey will be stopping by to say hello too. The store loves to hear how their adopted children are doing, whether it be expressed in the form of conversation or wet doggy kisses. ;-)
Before buying our puppy in November we would stop in Puppies N Love almost weekly for a "puppy fix", we always found the puppies clean and we'll cared for. When we were ready to get a puppy we would never have gone anywhere else. The staff was very helpful, it's obvious that they love their puppies. We woud recommend Puppies N Love to anyone who wants a loving pet.
The personnel at this store are awesome. They love the animals they care for and it shows. The private showing rooms are always clean and sanitary. Our experience with Lonnie and the other helpful ladies was exceptional customer service bar none. Great job!!
We LOVE Puppies N Love. All of the staff were amazing helping us to purchase our puppy and during the week's wait untill we could bring him home. Every time we go in to buy food, treats, or toys, everyone is always welcoming and friendly. They always remember us and our puppy, Bentley. They are genuinely interested in how he is doing in our home. Highly recommended store.
[redacted] and [redacted] did purchase a male Great Pyreness for $1999.99 from our store on December 19,2013. The puppy arrived at our location on December 18, 2013 and seen by licensed Veterinarian that same day which no signs of illness were noted. The customer took the puppy to her own...
Veterinarian on December 20,2013 at which time no signs of illness were noted, vet comments were: puppy appears healthy watch for signs of respiratory illness. On December 22, 2013 customer returned to her vet as the puppy was coughing and not eating, at that time the puppy was diagnosed with a Respiratory infection possible kennel cough. Mrs. [redacted] took her documentation to the store on December 22, 2013 and the staff opened a claim on her behalf faxing in her records. The manager spoke to her at length and gave her some vitamins to help support the puppy’s immune system. On 12/23/2013 the customer had contacted the store again where they gave her the phone number for myself, the Animal Health Supervisor. On the evening of the 23rd I contacted the customer to help with her frustration. The customer was very upset and was struggling with the financial cost of the puppies care. At this time I informed Mrs. [redacted] of the options she could choose for treatment of her puppy. Customer could choose to return the puppy for a full refund, turn over puppy so we could treat and then return to her, or keep the puppy and self treat with submitting for reimbursement from the warranty company. The customer chose to treat the puppy and submit for reimbursement through the warranty company. I contacted this customer each day to make sure her puppy was doing well and if she needed anything I was available. The puppy was seen by the vet on December 26, 2013 and then diagnosed with pneumonia. At which time Mrs. [redacted] was given the options for treatment again. She declined and insisted on treating the puppy at home and filing a claim with her warranty company. On December 30, 2013 Mrs. [redacted] contacted our corporate office and spoke to the head of our HR department. Department let her know that this was not in her scope of dealing and would have someone contact her as soon as possible. The VP then called the customer 3 times on December 31,2013 which the call was forward to a fax machine. Mr. [redacted] then called back later in the afternoon and spoke to VP and myself and expressed the financial strain of taking care of the sick puppy. The customer was again given all the options of which they declined and wanted to treat the puppy at home. On behalf of the customer we contacted the warranty company on December 31, 2013 and asked that they expedite this customers claim and do a partial payment. On January 2, 2013 the warranty company had submitted the claim to processing. I contacted the customer and let them know we were working with the warranty company to try and get them a partial payment. In regards to the customer claiming she was sold a sick puppy the vet had not seen any signs of illness on December 18, 2013 or by her own vet on 12/20/2013. We have been in constant communication with this customer and feel as though we have given many options to help the situation. In regards to the warranty company payment is processed once treatment has ended which would fall into the 30 day puppy lemon law requirement. The warranty company typically does not send out partial payments but will send out one final check when treatment ends. The customer was aware of this policy and on several occasions chose this as her preferred method of care and handling. Our Warranty states the following: Your pet must be seen by a vet within 5 days of purchase to activate your health plan. Any illness attributed to the retailer is covered up to the purchase price of the pet if diagnosed within 15 days of date of purchase. In the event you must file for a warranty claim you must submit the following information by mail, email, or fax within 60 days of each date of service. How the warranty works, once a customer has a claim they submit that information to the warranty company. Once they are donehaving pet treated the claim will be closed and processed for payment. We stand behind the pets that we sell and we will be sure Mr. And Mrs. [redacted] will get the reimbursement that they are due.
My boyfriend and I purchased our German Shepherd, Oden, from Puppies n Love on December 26, 2015 and he has been such a blessing in our lives. I was one who was always reluctant on the animals in pet stores however through speaking with the staff, asking numerous questions, and doing my own research prior to our purchase, I found no red flags. We were provided all the paper work on Oden such as where he came from and the breeder information, his pedigree, all his vet records ect...
The staff in this store went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Kim is one of the sweetest women we have ever met. She took time to talk with us and would always bring Oden some treats, a big bowl of water, toys or anything we felt we needed when we would come in to visit. Loni, the store manager, was such a great help took time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions. Actually, she is still such a wonderful help. She is so excited to hear how we are all doing, see pictures of Oden, and even gave us some puppy training tips. They always made us feel comfortable and at ease. The whole staff are wonderful people who truly care about the health and well being of the dogs. Oden is a beautiful Shepherd and we have received so many compliments on him. The vets have even said that he is a great looking dog and healthy as can be. He is a fun, energetic, love bug. We could not be any happier with our purchase and we would do it all over again.
Today I reviewed the response from Puppy's N Love. I am not happy with their response due to the...
fact they had lied. There is a statement that states that Miguel and Jonathon came to the store and saw a puppy and could not get funding. That statement is incorrect. I have never once step foot in that store or Jonathon. As far as that statement goes that was a lie and this company seems to say anything that can make a positive impact on them. As far as the documents from the puppy order I've never seen them due to the fact when I spoke with the rep she told me it was an internal form, that means I never saw the part of the document were it states I must wait 12 weeks to fulfill an order. Also it shows a customer signature and that is not my signature so I don't know who signed that paper and if someone is trying to forge my signature then that is another dispute I will have to add. I do want the puppy that was stated in the prior response but I would like all the lies to stop. I would like you not to call [redacted] and only call [redacted].
Love happens at the most unexpected place and time and it did. We met this little guy and instantly fell in love. We named him Bolt and I could say that he is our first kid. I think it really doesn't matter either you buy or adopt as long you love it for life. Adoption is also not free, so I really don't understand how it's different from the one we are getting in the stores. We really wanted to get a puppy and raise it like a our own kid before we plan for an actual baby. And if I want to get a particular breed at a particular size with no past, just because we want to be his past, present and future, I don't think people should object or have a problem with that. It's people's choice and other's don't get to choose for them.
