Review: I [redacted] was contacted by [redacted] on june 20th stating my computer was sending strange images from my computer. At that time he said he would help me fix it. I asked what the cost would be, he then reassured me that there would not be any cost to me for six months and then 4 payments of $25.00 would be charged to the card,after someone contacted me to find out if I was satisfied with the work they did. I kept saying that I didn't have any money in my account, he then put me on hold, and some body else got on the phone and said he would call me right back. I hung up, another person called asked if I was working with [redacted] on my computer I said yes.He then hung up on me .Phone rang it was him again that's when I called my bank on my other phone to find out they already took $100.00 out of my account from Pungees Tech Inc. And I started disputing the transaction with my bank and the person on the phone from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my 125.00 put back in my account and this business not be able to operate.
