Review: I purchased a kickboxing class at Punch Fitness Center in late June. The company requires credit card and does not accept cash for any purchases. Following this class, I purchased a series of group classes. I expressed an interest and was offered a free private class on July [redacted]. A few days after the class and without my agreement, Punch Fitness representative, [redacted] charged me over $2,000 for a series of group classes. I did not consent to the purchase of the series of private classes. After numerous phone calls and emails to [redacted], I was finally able to get reimbursed for transaction. I have not attended any classes at Punch Fitness Center since, July [redacted] when I received the free class. I believed that after receiving the reimbursement, then I would no longer deal with unauthorized transactions or illegal transactions with my credit card. I also requested that my credit card be taken out of their system, as I never signed any document authorizing any charges on my card after the series of group classes that I purchased. Recently on August [redacted], I found a transaction from Punch Fitness Center for $90. When contacting [redacted], who is the manager who authorized the transactions, she responded via email that I was not being charged for the class more than a month later. The charge was in spite of being told by [redacted], the representative at Punch Fitness that the class was free. After emailing and calling again, I still have not received a refund for the transactions. I am unsure why the establishment commits such constant unauthorized transactions to its clientele's accounts.Desired Settlement: I would like the establishment to refund my amount of money for the unauthorized transaction. I futher would like the company to apologize for not following up with me promptly and for [redacted]'s response as if the company was entitled to withdraw the money a full month after the transaction that was supposed to be free. Finally, I would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience of not having access to the money in my account and for taking time and effort to seek this reimbursement.

Review: After a surgery I was advised I can no longer do heavy work outs. I emailed the business as I had the emergency urgency within the first month of my joining and paying a full years membership. The establishment asked for my medical records and a doctors note. Which I provided. After I went in person asked to speak to owner I was told he was traveling. I have tried since July of 2015 to get a reimbursement for the remainder of the year as this is due to medical injury.

The company refuses to return my emails or reimburse me. I have called endlessly emailed and their lack of response is unacceptable. I kindly ask for your assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement from date of my surgery.
