The [redacted] logo badge can be found in your manual bag. You may choose to display it on the range, or not. The serial number is located on our [redacted] serial sticker on the back of the range. The installer made a grave mistake by proofing the range on the wrong gas.  All of our ranges arrive geared for Natural Gas, and they are typically converted to LP on-site before being used. The installer who proofed your stove is at fault for this incident. His incompetance caused the damage. Anyone with experience knows when flames inside an oven are too large to operate properly. Gas appliance service men know that LP gas burns high flames through Natural Gas oriface jets. They also know that if it runs under those circumstances, soot will be coated inside the oven, and it can cause various issues with components. We can help, as always, but we will not take your stove back. We provided one service call free of charge out of sympathy for your situation, along with free parts. Any future parts or service needed will be at your expense. You have already done everything you can to tarnish our name, take our funds away, etc. Now you're trying to ruin our hard-earned A credit score with Revdex.com. There is a reason American Express sided with us. There is a reason we require licensed gas technicians to install the range. We have done nothing wrong. If anything, you have a gross negligence suit against your installer.Good Luck,Aus-Tex Appliance

Our factory originally told us we could substitute the 18,000 BTU burners for the 9,000 BTU burners. It turns out after further technical testing that is not the case. We cannot be held responsible for somthing that is completely out of our control. The customer requested that we provide monetary...

compensation, and we did not feel that we owed anything other than an apology. Nowhere did we publish this information, nor did we include it on anyone's sale contract with our business. It was requested, and we asked the factory engineers if it could be done. They said yes at the time, but turned out that it cannot be done. On another note, we are committed to providing excellent customer support for our products, should you ever need anything, please call or email our office. Thanks,Aus-Tex Appliance LLC

This customer had an incompetant person install their range, and consequently they ran the Natural Gas range with Liquid Propane gas.  Any installer knows very well that propane flames burn really high through natural gas oriface jets. Any competant installer would have noticed this...

immediately, and performed the proper LP conversion. This issue should not have been covered by us financially. However, out of sympathy we decided to help the customer, free of charge. We thought it would be sign of "Good-Will" if we sent the LP conversion parts, and had a service company come convert the stove Free-of-Charge. We did that, and the service company reported back that everything was now working properly. We just filed this same answer to Amex when the customer tried to dispute the charges. The funds have been re-instated in our account now, and the case closed because we have done nothing wrong. And the customer's claim that our appliances are "no name" is not true. We have a name, it's [redacted].Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:When I spoke to [redacted],...

she did not inform me whatsoever of the special no longer existing, she specifically told me it was because their company would be losing money if they were to sell it to me. I even google searched the LG refrigerator model today, and their website shows up with the $1359.99 price that they sold to me for. It's unprofessional and a clear example of false advertisement.
Regards,
[redacted]

Again, we apologize.  Our system pulls pricing for thousands of items based on the market.  Unfortunately the special is no longer available with us, but Best Buy has them listed at this price still. I'm failing to understand why you don't simply take our advice to buy it from your local Best Buy. They still have some at the discounted price.Thank you.

Unfortunately the LG special was no longer available from our store. Best Buy continued to advertise at that price, and we suggested the customer go purchase the unit there. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Once again, our website has thousands of items on it. Periodically our data feeds do not update properly, and we cannot be held liable for computer errors that cause merchandise to be mis-priced.  We did not intend to harm him in any way, nor deceive him, nor did we ever charge his credit card. His information was obtained through Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and disposed of that way as well. Our legal disclaimers are to protect us from people like this. This customer is a lawyer, and clearly likes picking fights.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:1)  I NEVER received this specific message.  NEVER!!!  Feel free to check my email account.2)  Even if I HAD received this email response, it has absolutely NO bearing upon my complaint.    I never claimed a loss, liability, damage, personal injury, or expense.  All I claimed is that the site reneged on its offering of a specific item for a specific price.  This is supposed to be the Revdex.com, and it is simply BAD business to offer something for sale, gather all of my information (including credit card number), and then refuse to honor their price.  They can try to bury this under a bunch of legal manure, but it is BAD BUSINESS, and other consumers should know about it.  The fact that OJ Simpson got away with killing his ex-wife, per legal manure, does NOT mean that he didn't kill her.  The Revdex.com should not be a court of law, where anyone can claim that two plus two equals five because of some legal manure.  It should stand up for businesses who conduct themselves in professional manners, and expose those that use any legal posturing to, essentially, get away with consumer murder.  By the way, the response, which has NOTHING to do with the right to change price any time they want to, was:"Disclaimer of liabilityThe website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
