Was trying to plan a party for my daughter Went through the date, time, what we wanted and gave them my credit card number When I asked if they could mail me invitations, as they had done in the past I was told no He said I could "stop by" and pick them up Nobody "stops by" Pump it Up in Tucson It's in an industrial park nowhere near where I or my party guests live I asked again if he could make an exception and mail the invitations to me This is where he got rude I told him I wasn't going to have my daughter's party there; to which he replied, "I'm charging your credit card." I told him that I did not in any way authorize him to charge my card He told me he was charging the card and then hung up on me I will never again step foot in that place In the few hours since this experience I have shared this story with about nine moms at the school where my daughter attends, told my sister (who is an attorney and said they can't charge my card), put it on Facebook, and will tell anybody who will listen about my experience Unfortunate, because we've had good parties there in the past If his tone would have been civil I would have accepted the fact that they don't mail invitations anymore Downright rude service
Was trying to plan a party for my daughter. Went through the date, time, what we wanted and gave them my credit card number. When I asked if they could mail me invitations, as they had done in the past I was told no. He said I could "stop by" and pick them up. Nobody "stops by" Pump it Up in Tucson. It's in an industrial park nowhere near where I or my party guests live. I asked again if he could make an exception and mail the invitations to me. This is where he got rude. I told him I wasn't going to have my daughter's party there; to which he replied, "I'm charging your credit card." I told him that I did not in any way authorize him to charge my card. He told me he was charging the card and then hung up on me. I will never again step foot in that place. Unfortunate, because we've had good parties there in the past. If his tone would have been civil I would have accepted the fact that they don't mail invitations anymore. Downright rude service.
