Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have written a check for $and sent it to Pump Division (good faith offer) I have read the response, yet I still do not agree with the explanation In an earlier response from the business, Mr*** claims that he only reads the times on his trucks and that they are automatic and exact He claimed that they spent two hours on our job yet only charged me for hours The evidence doesn't support either claim In looking back at my wife's cell phone, it shows that she first called the business on Saturday, April 4th at 7:AM (no answer) then 8:AM and left a message We received a call back at 8:AM (call lasted minutes and seconds) where I spoke with Mr***He told me at that time that he had a lot of messages that morning that he had to call back and schedule, but that he would come to our house first and be here around 10:AM He did arrive at our home at 10:and worked for about minutes, leaving at 10: Our relatives had come back from the store and came in to our house at 10:AM (my wife remembers checking the clock) where my wife asked them if I was still speaking with the "pump guy" outside They said, "No, he must have already left"This proves that he left before 10:AM So, to sum up, Mr*** called me at 8:AM and told me that he had to call a few other customers and schedule some other jobs that day (after hanging up with me at 8:and seconds) Assuming that this takes minutes a call for three (a few) calls, this puts the time at 9:am and seconds at the least This would put his time on "my job" at no where near hours as he claims nor even the hours that he charged me I'm sorry, but this doesn't add up to Mr***'s claims that his "truck timers are automatic" Apparently they are incorrect in this instance As I mentioned above, I am willing to pay for hour of labor and materials and tax (around $265-$270), but I am questioning the *** for $because the time on the job wasn't hours As I said in an earlier email, it takes not more than minutes from Rockford to our house (check google maps), and he spent minutes at our house This adds up to one hour "on the job" We do appreciate having water restored, but we don't appreciate being told that we are getting a break for only being charged for hours of a hour job, when we can show that the work was only hour (unless we are paying for Mr*** to schedule other customers)
Regards,
*** ***

As Stated in the earlier Response Our digital Timers do not lie about time spent on each job. Most customers are Appreciative that we come out on a Easter Saturday and Get them water. Mr [redacted] will have to take his complaint up with our Collections Department. I just fill out Time and Materials of which both are Accurate. Our Collections can help him with the [redacted] if he is Disabled, Retired or just hard up and has trouble paying.Thank you for your Inquiry of our business.

To whom it may Concern:In response to [redacted] Complaint . Yes we went out on a weekend service call to [redacted] Home where while farming the property the plow unearthed the electrical line to the pump. The Electrical Conduit and branch circuit were not installed to NEC Code. Who ever...

installed this for him is to blame for the wire being ripped from the ground, Had it been installed legally he would not have this problem. Luckily they did not kill or injure anyone.  We can report this to Labor and Industries for him I believe its $1000 fine to who ever performed this work.  We work 7 days a week and often help the elderly and disabled  if [redacted] is either of these then he should contact our Credit Department. I have noted in his file not to service him in the future so he does not have this problem in the future. Our service call is time and material, we do not double charge the customer. We had 2 hours total on Mr [redacted] job with drive time however because it was Easter weekend We only charged him 1.5 hours of which we pay 4 hour minimum per employee meaning we paid out 8 hours plus fuel and expenses. Our trucks are equipped with digital Timers to confirm our time on the job. Regards,[redacted]Pump Division###-###-####[redacted]

Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Again, I understand that there was as special rate for a weekend, however, the length of time for the service is incorrect.  The respondent claims that they spent 2 hours on our service.  As I mentioned previously, they did not.  It takes under 30 minutes to get to our house from either Spokane, Spokane Valley or Rockford (where the business address references), so the drive time to our home was under 30 minutes.  The respondent spent under 30 minutes at our residence.  This equates to under 1 hour spent on the project, not 2 hours as the respondent claims, and not even 1.5 hours as they have [redacted]ed.  I am willing to pay for 1 hour of service at the rate ($217 an hour) and am willing to pay for supplies and taxes, but the additional 1/2 hour being claimed is incorrect.  The only way this could be correct is if he is charging me to come to my residence, and then to leave my residence to go to another job.  The "next job" customer should be charged for this "second" 30 minutes, not me.  It would have been nice to know the charges heading into this work as well.  These were not provided over the phone by the respondent.  As to the threat to go to Labor and Industries for previous work completed, I don't see the relevance to this situation we are discussing.
Regards,
[redacted]
