I placed an order through Pulse Uniform on July 31st I received the merchandise weeks after even though they promised to be delivered within a week, after a week waiting I called to get the status of it and for my surprise it wasn't even in process for shipping I got my merchandise on August 13th 2018; I opened and the quality of the shirts were pretty bad, that's why I decided to ship it back to them the next day August 14th Moving forward got my tracking# and waited daysIt was delivered to their facility on August 16thSince then I've been calling NON STOP; sent a few emails to Kristy which it seems the only one working thereShe answers the phone and also responds email Everytime I called I get the same response over and over: the "return" department doesn't have a record of my return, they have too many delays and that might be the problem, etcI gave her my tracking number which clearly shows they already have the polo shirtsShe said she will talk to h

No dispute to resolveJust a very frustrating buying process, when it really shouldn't be this difficultI made ONE purchase and was charged twice but get this-- I only received one email confirmationI only saw TWO orders because I logged into my account to check the statusI called and emailed about the duplicate order and they finally cancelled one orderI needed the scrubs ASAP, so when I placed my order it said that it would arrive by a certain time on the website using 2nd Day Air shippingWell, wrongI received a phone call about a delay in my order because of a change in brandThen minutes later, a customer service rep sends me an email that my order was forwarded for final processingWrong againI called to see if my order would arrive on timeI was told that it would not arrive until 3-days later (even though I paid $for 2nd day air shipping) and that the only thing she can do is talk to the processing officer (B.S.), contact the manufacturer and have them send it to me, and she did not even bother to offer me a refund for shippingShe made the pathetic excuse that I didn't order it by their closing time on Friday (EST), that's why it won't arrive on timeI corrected her by stating that if they had shipped the other non-affected items out by Monday morning, INSTEAD of calling me, it would have arrived on timeThe fact of the matter is, it's not the consumer's fault that the brand/price was not updated on the websiteThat's the responsibility of the sellerIf a customer purchases an order with expedited shipping --- it's obvious that you ship out every thing you can and whatever can't be shipped will come later, and the company has eat those costsYou can't punish the consumer for something that the business didn't fixAll of the places I've ordered from will ship items in separate packages to make sure that the speediest service is received(This is also stated on Pulse Uniform's website -- but they didn't ship out my items separately.) These incompetent reps don't understand that if someone pays an extra $for shipping, they're def going to be upset if their items are delayed because of brand/price errors that the business was responsible for displaying on their own websiteAnd then, I got another call the next day that the order still hasn't been processedResolution: Order CancellationNot worth the BS
Ordered on May 2ndWebsite indicated, delivery by May 10th, with the additional embroideryThey lied
Ordered uniforms with embroidery, May 2nd, with promise to have delivered by May 10thVerified by the chat person, and I print screened that verification
Received email from *** it would take till 14th, because of embroidery
Called pulse today, and was informed by Anna that the order had not shipped yet
They lied, and continue to lie, about my order
I purchased scrub tops from Pulse Uniform Upon receiving the tops I contacted the company to start a return/refund process as the tops did not fit me as I had hoped I was advised to return the tops along with the invoice to the address provided from Pulse Uniform The packaged was mailed back promptly & correctly I paid extra to have it mailed with tracking information Per the tracking label that package was delivered on December 6, I have attempted to contact Pulse Uniform via phone and email on multiple occasions I have had NO response to any of these attempts nor have I received the refund I due At this point I am out $for the product, $shipping and handling to return the product and the product
