Poor poor poor customer service poor Communication skills Poor management poor technical work just over all a disappointment when It comes to getting the parts ordered and delivered in a timely manner and the work done rightI came in two months ago payed in store to get a small simple order done on my iPhone 6plus rear cameraIt took them months that’s right two months to get my camera glass lens in so they can finally do the work order on my phoneNo one called me to tell me that the part had been delivered no call to ask me to come in to get the work order doneI had to call and email constantly to check up on the statusFinally I come into the store when I’m doing some grocery shopping I find one of the guys actually at the kiosk (for once because it seems like they are never available) he does the work on my phone this small little piece of glass that goes above the camera lens in the rear camera of the iPhone Plus he puts it on minutes later I come back my phone looks great I check it out check the camera make sure everything’s working so I leave to go pay for my groceries and when I pick up my phone to look at the time, good thing I checked the lens was gone it just fell right off all that time I wasted and I waited patiently and I emailed to check on statuses and the end result is my camera is still not fixed I’m out the money that I paid for it two months ago and when I asked for a refund I have to go and make another claim and email and call and wait probably another two months this is ridiculous very sad excuse for a BusinessI will not recommend anyone to this place they are unreliable and unprofessional and not even all that inexpensive you will waist your time with this place at least the one where I live in Peoria AZ at the kiosk #hope this saves anyone the headache of doing business with this company Absolutely disappointing
I used Puls service in Philadelphia, PA to replace the battery in my iPhone on 12/17/During this battery replacement, the technician cut a critical wire for my screenThis technician then went on to replace my screenThe issue is that Puls does not use the same Apple iPhone screen, the colors are different from the original Apple iPhone screenI pointed this out that 1) I did not want a screen replacement but since their technician damaged my phone, I had to get their screen replacement from a 3rd party screen & 2)The 3rd party screen has colors that are 'off' and different from the original screen than I hadThey sent another technician on 01/07/to replace the 3rd party screen with another 3rd party screenThe colors are still off and it was even noted by the technician during that visit that the colors are not rightThe issues i'm having are that the screen replacement voids my warranty with T-mobile, so it renders my phone unable to be traded inThis was
First, I will say that my tech was greatHe was very professional and did a great jobThe reason I will am complaining about PULS is because of the sub-standard piece of junk screens they are using and their advertising that they would "fix" my phoneMy screen was cracked, yes, but now it is desaturated and dimI would rather have the cracked screen back than this terribly performing lcdThe colors are all way offNo where was it advertised that it wouldn't be the same quality as the original and I assumed it would beBE AWARE that they are using sub-standard products and will make you want to get a new phone anyways with these junky LCDsI was led to believe that it would be good as new
One of the puls technicians came to repair my daughter's phone a week ago instead he damaged the phone and now they will not fix the phone that they're repairman damaged and they keep giving us the runaround about not covering anything but the repair for a broken screen when they damage the phone they need to fix the phone
This company is horrible literally so I’ve used them once before and had a 20$ credit on my account of course yu have to book the appt online but I didn’t have a promo code for credit I contact the company like hey I have a 20$ credit why wasn’t it applied they go because but yu should’ve emailed us then they offer to refund my 20$ via pay pal when’s I’ve paid them by my debit card I now have a plus I phone with a white screen my screen was suppose to be black space gray and a black home button my phone looks rded
I had my iPhone screen replaced by the companyAfter the repair my home button did not function as it did before and the left side of the button pushes into the phone more than the right sideAlso, the home button became extra sensitive to dropping the screen to half screenI contacted them through email and had more than email conversations back and forthThey only offered to refund my repair I had paid $forThey are not willing to fix the problem with my home button now and also said it could be my fault as well after the repair which was done less than a week agoThe price for me to get this fixed if I were to take it to a local Apple store would cost a large amount as well as trouble me with driving to a store and spending unnecessary timeThey would not even accept my request of providing the full refund and send another technician to try to resolve the issue with my home buttonThey also said as quoted "we do not repair or perform any minor modifications on the Hom
They came the same day I called and [redacted] and his assistant seemed like they knew what they were doingThe TV was crooked (slightly) initially, and Bashoy did something to make it level I signed off, and they leftHere we are days later, and my TV is completely lopsided inches from the mantle on the left and less that inches on the right Bad workmanshipI called PULS because they have a "lifetime guarantee" NOPE Because I signed off after the initial installation, they wont fix it So it begs the question, WHAT'S THE POINT OF A LIFETIME GUARANTEE? I had my phone fixed on October 26, At first I was satisfied with the service, but the next day I discovered that the speaker at the top of my phone (the one that I use to hear a phone call) did not workI had to go to Apple to get my phone fixed this weekendThey informed me that the nonworking speaker was caused by a faulty repair of my screenI had no interest in requesting that a Puls technician come back out to repair my damaged phone again for two reasons: The technician did not repair my speaker in the first place, so I did not want him going back into my phone and possibly breaking something elseThe technician was over an hour late for the original appointment that we had scheduled and was not reliable because the technician texted me promising that he was only minutes away and then showed up over an hour laterI did not have the time in my schedule to deal with this unreliability and unpredictabilityI paid Puls to solve a problem for me, and Puls did not
On 10-27-I put in a request to have my iPhone Black phone screen replacedWhen I showed up to my appointment the tech did not have he proper part and accused me of having placed the order for a white screen even after I showed him my email confirmation that said jet black screenHe still proceeded to say well I can put this whit one on your phone it’s the same thing just whiteI told him no I want a black screen like I orderedHe old me he would get me the part and meet me at SixHe never showed up after calling and texting him multiple time he finally text me at pm to tell me he could make it because he didn’t have time to find the part.I called the company and they said they’d send out another tech it was not until Monday evening at 8pm that I was able to get my screen fixedAfter getting it place I mentioned that the color didn’t seem right and that the screen was not responding properlyon 11-7-I had to replace the replacement screenOn 11-15-I called and
