I bought charms for my mother in law as a Christmas present on 12/21/2014. I paid for 2 day shipping. Afterwhich I received two emails frim Pugster. One of which was a email back to my profile where my tracking information would be located. Since the day I ordered, it still says my order has been submitted and will be shipped soon, even though the website states everything except custom jobs are shipped the next day it hasn't been shipped at all yet. I did not order anything to be customized. It is now 12/26/2014 and they have not answered the customer service line and they have not reponded to what is supposed to be their live chats. I have not recived a tracking number or any other emails in the last 5 business days. I am disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication. I will not order from them again.
