MR [redacted] CALLED US TO COME OUT AND REPAIR HIS REFRIGERATORWE WERE DISPATCHED TO HIS HOME ON 6/28/AT 4:PMMR [redacted] WAS GIVEN A FIRM QUOTE IN WHICH HE AGREED AND SIGNED A WAIVERMR [redacted] NEVER CALLED US BACKWE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE EMAIL, PHONE CALL NOR ANY VOICEMAILS, MR [redacted] WAS BLAINTLY UPSET AND WAS THREATENING US ONCE HE DID GET A HOLD OF USWE OFFERED TO COME OUT A FIX THE ISSUE BUT HE SAID NO AND CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY MR [redacted] HAS COMMITED WHAT THEY CALL DEFAMTION OF CHARACTER HE IS TRYING TO RUIN A BUSINESS REPUTATIONWE WILL SUBMIT A LAW SUIT AGAINST HIM AND FOR DEFAMTION OF CHARACTER! SOMETIMES IT'S JUST BEST TO NOT WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE LIKE I MYSELF HAVE CERTAIN RESOURCES THAT I CAN USE TO MY ABILTY I WISH MR [redacted] THE BEST! On 2-14-(not 3-21) Puget Sound Tech Appliance came to our house, and ordered parts He installed the parts after he received them on 2-21-about 3: He left and told us it WAS COOLING and would take several hours to completely cool It did not cool at all, just blowing warm air like it did before the "repair" [redacted] texted him at 6:that night and let him know it was not cooling and we would like the old part (that was 300.00) back since that wasn't the problem [redacted] talked to Jordan the next and Jordan said he would refund everything besides the 300.00, we should see the credit in the next few days, special order part and meet up with him and give us the old part back On 3-8-I called our credit card company, since we hadn't heard anything from him, to see if we had received a credit There had been NO CREDIT or contact from him about getting the part back I disputed the payment and the credit card company gave us a small partial credit THEN we heard from him, leaving a message that we had used a fraudulent card My husband tried to call him back MANY TIMES, but he never answered We went without a refrigerator for months waiting to get the part back so we could have a reputable company to look at it
On 03/21/*** and *** *** contacted Puget Sound Appliance tech regarding theirrefrigerator not coolingJordan our tech was sent out to Their home to investigateUpon arrivalJordan completed a full diagnostic on the refrigeratorAfter the diagnostic Jordan gave *** an estimate on
the refrigerator for a repairWe did not have the parts on hand and told*** that the parts needed to be special ordered*** and *** *** Were told that any partsthat have been special ordered are not to be refundable, exchangeable or can't Be credited backBecause our supply house does not accept returns on these partsThey both agreed and Jordanordered the partsOn 03/23/Jordan returned to complete the repairThe refrigerator wascooling properly after the Repair and before he left the homeTwo weeks later *** and *** called and said that the refrigerator is not working and wanted a refundWe told Them boththat Special Ordered Parts Are Not Refundable*** Got angry and hung up on usWe calledmultiple times to resolve the issue but no luckWe refunded the labor Charge and water filter fora total of DollarsJordan kept the old control board because our supply house has a CoreChargeIf you are unaware of what a Core charge is Then Google it and you will find a Bunch ofinformation about thatPuget sound appliance tech is Fully Licensed, Bonded and InsuredWedo not Condone any suspicious activity or unprofessional practicesMaking multiple trips to awork truck is necessary sometimes and is not uncommon*** and *** *** please Tell thetruth and stop trying to Defame a Business that was trying to help you.sincerelyPuget Sound Appliance Tech LLC.*Please view attached document
