I am writing in response to a complaint I received on 6/23/(ID: [redacted] ) I have left a phone message and sent an email message to the customer stating we would do an exchange for his faulty machine It is our policy to not accept returns on these machines at the request of the manufacturer The manufacturer wants to deal directly with the customers to resolve any issues I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me the ok to make the exchange As of this time, I have not received any word from the gentlemen who made the complaint I wanted to make the Revdex.com aware that we have made an effort to resolve this situation Thank you for your time.***Puff Super Value

Review: I BOUGHT A TOP-O-MATIC CIGARETTE MACHINE ON 10, JUNE 2015 DOES NOT WORK RIGHT. TRIED TO EXCHANGE IT BUT THE GUY SAID NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES BUT ITS ONLY TWO DAYS OLD NO CANT DO IT. I WAIT TILL ANOTHER CASHIER IS WORKING TO TRY TO EXCHANGE IT SHE STATED THE SAME THING NO CANT EXCHANGE IT. ITS OUR POLICY SHE STATES, SEND IT TO THE TOPS COMPANY FOR WARRANTY. SO FRUSTRATED I CALLED THE OTHER SMOKE SHOPES IN TOWN TO FIND OUT IF THIS IS THE NORM. INTERESTING THAT THE OTHER PUFF SUPER VALUE STORES SAY THE SAME THING NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS, PLEASE STOP SAYING REFUND CAUSE MY CIGARETTES CANT GET ROLLED WITHOUT A WORKING MACHINE I ONLY WANT TO EXCHANG IT FOR ONE THAT SHOULD WORK RIGHT. SO I DID FIND OUT FROM THE OTHER SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN THAT THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IT HE EXPLAINED IT THAT IF YOUR TAKING ON VENDORS AND SELLING THE PRODUCT JUST AS IN BIG CHAIN STORES THAT YOU NEED TO SUPPORT THAT PRODUCT. HE ALSO STATED THAT IT COSTS AROUND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR BOTH WAY SHIPPING AND TAKES AT LEAST TWO WEEKS TO GET THE MACHING BACK FROM TOPS AND THE MACHINE ONLY COSTS 33.99 AND HOW WILL YOU ROLL YOU CIGARETTES WITHOUT THE MACHING IT DIDNT MAKE SENSE HE SAID. I THINK I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THE OTHER SMOKE SHOP. I WILL BE CONTACTING TOPS COMPANY AS WELL ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND HOW PUFF SUPER VALUE HANDLES THEIR PRODUCT.Desired Settlement: EXCHANGE.. I NEVER WANTED A REFUND
