in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After visits the problem is not fixedNow the internet is mbps most of the timeNow he is wanting me to quit complaining and problem is still not fixed and Ed told me want you have is what you are getting and thats itSo Paying for mbps and getting mbps is all I will getHe says he will send someone out to fix the problem for a service call, he is I believe not willing to do anything about because I complained to the FCC and the Revdex.comHe is getting even for my complaints, when this is a ongoing problem, they come out and it is running mbps and minutes later it is down to .05mbps againThat is with only one device hooked up to the internetAs I have other family members with accounts and they are having the same issues and will not come out without a service charge, so this is not a personal problem it is a area wide problemI told ** this and he did not seem to be concerned about this at all
