I placed an order on May 6th that was supposed to ship out a week later and never was. I tried contacting them on numerous occasions with no response, I've requested a refund with no response. I made my payment with a *** debit card. I'm not sure what steps to take next. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My order was placed on the last week of April. The shipping said 5-7 days. After a week, I contacted the company to inquire about my order status. They kept saying it would be sent out in a couple days and they said that for two weeks in a row. After that, it still wasn't sent out and I requested a refund. They agreed, but I didn't receive my refund. I waited 10 more days and still nothing. I have also contacted my card company and I contacted the company multiple times with no response.

I made and order on their website for a shirt and it's now past the delivery time. They never sent me a tracking number and have yet to give me any update on my order. I've tried to contact them numerous times now only to be ignored and not replied to. I've read many reviews now on them all of which involve orders not being fulfilled and attempts to contact being ignored. From what I've seen they are a blvery *** business and should have action taken on them for this.

I ordered a *** T-Shirt from PSWRD on April 24 and was charged but they have never shipped my order out. I have emailed them but they do not respond to their emails. I direct messaged them on *** at first asking how long it takes them to ship an order to which they responded a minute later saying it usually takes 1-7 days. After I direct messaged them multiple times asking them why they haven't shipped my order but they just ignore it.
