We received a complaint from Mr.[redacted] who in fact is NOT our customer but the brother of Michelle, The Customer who signed our contract agreement with us. We originally sent the invoice on January 30th - They...

did not respond to us until MARCH 30. 2 Months after everything had been done. Mr. [redacted] reached out to us aggressively and advised us to no longer be in contact with his sister but deal with him directly. We use a standard based insurance program to bill out our clients. We sent the invoice to the insurance company, they agreed to our pricing and sent the check to Mrs. [redacted]i. He refused to pay any further payments to us for the services provided. He also had a complain about the electrical bill since we had our equipment running. We then advised him to submit a electrical bill from the previous month, the current month, and the following month to the insurance company in which they could of made adjustments and paid whatever extra cost it would be. We confirmed with the insurance that payment had been sent, so we emailed Mrs. Michelle [redacted]ie, with no response. Chuck responded to our emails, which He refused to send payment and threatened to take legal action against us. We felt that they would not be paying the invoice which forced us to begin a lien on the home. Michelle who is his sister, and the ONLY person who signed our CONTRACT,she did NOT reach out to us until April 14th, almost 3 months after. On our contract we advise that a 1.5% interest will be accumulated should we not receive payment by the 30 days grace period. When I mentioned to Michelle that there would be a 1.5% charge she ignored it. We ultimately waved the 2 month's interest charge to avoid any further argument with the customer and to close out this invoice once Michelle sent out payment.
